The Aspire Triton Replacement Coils are for use wth the Aspire Triton tank and Aspire Atlantis V2 tank only. Aspire have 3 different resistance types for the Triton coils ranging from the sub ohm 0.3ohm and 0.4ohm, to the 1.8ohm coil, the latter of which is designed for mouth to lung, the former, both direct lung inhale.
All Triton coils are made using 100% organic Japanese cotton as the wicking material. The 0.3ohm and 0.4ohm coils use surgical grade (316L) stainless steel for the coil itself and are distinguishable from the 1.8ohm coil by their black O-rings/gaskets. The 1.8 ohm reverts to a more traditional Kanthal for the coil itself designed to compliment the mouth to lung inhale and has blue O-rings/gaskets to distinguish itself from the other 2, along with much smaller airflow holes at it's base.
- 0.3 ohm: 45-55 watts (direct lung inhale)
- 0.4 ohm: 25-30 watts (direct lung inhale)
- 1.8 ohm: 10-13 watts (mouth to lung inhale)
- 5 x Aspire Triton Replacement Coil
Important information about Sub Ohm Vaping:
These replacement coils are designed for sub-ohm vaping. They require more vaping experience to use safely, and extra care should be taken when using a sub ohm tank. These coils will only work on a mod capable of firing sub ohm atomisers. Please ensure that your batteries can handle the extra power requirements, and that your mod can handle the amps.
We also advise not to use any e-liquid with more than 6mg of nicotine, as your vapour may taste harsh. Sub ohm vaping produces a bigger throat hit than standard coils, and extra care should be taken.

1.8 coil review (22 April 2017)
i have only tried the 1.8 ohm version of this coil and i have to say its spot on. as a mouth to lung vapor im all about the flavour and this coil delivers! the flavour of this coil in my triton 2 rivals the flavour in my kayfun which is no mean feat! the first 1.8 coil lasted me nearly 2 weeks which is amazing as im a heavy vapour. no wicking issues at all on 80 vg juice either

1.8ohm Coils (08 June 2016)
I use the 1.8ohm coils in my Tobeco Supertank Mini and they're absolutely perfect for what I need. I prefer MTL so it definitely is a tight draw but that's what I'm after. Definitely not firing through as much juice thanks to the higher resistance. I bought these about a month ago and the first coil is still going strong! I'll buy more when I get through the rest of the box but not expecting that to be any time soon. Very happy!

1.8 coils review (25 January 2016)
I only mouth to lung vape and the 1.8 coils are not bad at all, i have had one which only lasted two days but in general i get 5-7 days out of one coil. Used in Triton 2 and happy with them at the moment. Would be nice to have an alternative 1.8 version available since i do agree that the build quality is not perfect, but they do work.

Still not sure... (15 December 2015)
Hmm... Coils seem to be a bit variable in quality - sometimes they last a few days, and sometimes for many days - not sure whether it's my juices or what. I'm ordering another set to see, but I think the Aspire Atlantis Replacement Coils V2 are actually better. Maybe Aspire will do a V2 of this?...

Disappointing - spitting issues (22 October 2015)
These are very disappointing. The 0.3 ohm ones spit like crazy in my Aspire Triton tank, and don't seem to last too long without tasting burnt. It feels like I end up drinking most of the juice! Tried the Atlantis 0.5 ohm coils which also fit the Triton, and they're the opposite but no better - dry hits galore. The 0.4 ohm version is possibly the best, but I have abandoned the Triton now for a SMOK TFV4, which is a far superior sub-tank with much bigger clouds and better flavour from the various pre-built coils.

triton 0.4 ohm coils (13 September 2015)
terrible quality iv bought a pack from here and a pack from another online retailer. used in an atlantis v2 as directed and only 1 of ten coils had no issues with it. really dissapointed with these.

I bought the 1.8 ohm coil to replace the 0.5 ohm coil that had died in my Atlantis tank. My reason for doing so was that at the moment, I still prefer mouth to lung vaping.
Originally I only used my Atlantis tank for high VG liquids believing that, due to their viscosity, they had to be sub ohm vaped to properly enjoy. This, as I just found out, is not the case!
I stuck the Triton coil in, filled the tank with an 80% VG liquid, set my istick to just 12W and WOW! What a hit and what depth of flavour! I already enjoyed the liquid that I was testing this on but the Triton took it to a whole new level. All the flavours were pronounced and the vapour that this thing produced was astonishing. All of a sudden I was also able to taste the flavours that had previously been too indistinct to appreciate.
Not only that but I was able to enjoy a high VG liquid at its best at only 12W! Superb!
Don't be put off if your a direct lung inhaler either, it's just as good for that too.
All i can say is try one, you won't be disappointed!
