New Year's Delivery Update
It’s business as usual and we’ll be processing and dispatching orders on Wednesday 31st December (New Year’s Eve) and Thursday 1st January (New Year’s Day).
Please note, no couriers will be making deliveries on January 1st.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 - Free On Orders £20+
Orders placed after 9PM on Tuesday 30th December and before 6PM on Thursday 1st January will be delivered on Friday 2nd January. Royal Mail will not be delivering on 1st January (New Year’s Day).
Orders placed after 6PM on Thursday 1st January and before 9PM on Friday 2nd January will be delivered on Saturday 3rd January.
Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1PM
Orders placed after 4PM on Tuesday 30th December and before 12PM on Wednesday 31st December will be delivered by 1PM on Friday 2nd December. Royal Mail will not be delivering on 1st January (New Year’s Day).
Orders placed after 12PM on Wednesday 31st December and before 4PM on Friday 2nd January will be delivered by 1PM on Monday 5th January.
DPD Express
Orders placed after 9PM on Tuesday 30th December and before 1PM on Wednesday 31st January will be delivered on Friday 2nd January. DPD will not be delivering on 1st January (New Year’s Day).
DPD delivery will not be available after 1PM on Wednesday 31st January until 9PM on Thursday 1st January. After 9PM you will be able to Select DPD Saturday delivery and orders placed before 9PM on Friday 2nd will be delivered on Saturday 3rd January.
UPS Express
Orders placed after 3PM on Tuesday 30th December and before 11AM on Wednesday 31st will be delivered on Friday 2nd December. UPS will not be delivering on 1st January (New Year’s Day).
Orders placed after 11AM on Wednesday 31st December and before 4PM on Friday 2nd January will be delivered on Monday 5th January.
Customer Collection
Customer Collections are operating from our Watford office.
On Wednesday 31st December (New Year’s Eve) orders can be collected between 9AM and 2PM.
On Thursday 1st January, orders can be collected between 9AM and 4PM.
We dispatch and deliver orders seven days a week, with free, tracked next-day delivery on all UK orders £20 and over, via Royal Mail Tracked 24. This includes Saturday and Sunday with Royal Mail’s new 7-days-a-week delivery schedule.
All Royal Mail Tracked 24 orders placed before 9PM are dispatched the same day.
All Royal Mail Tracked 24 orders placed before 6PM on the weekend are dispatched the same day.
We also offer express courier delivery with DPD, UPS and Royal Mail Special Delivery (arrives before 1PM). Monday to Friday cut-off times are 3PM (UPS), 4PM (Royal Mail Special Delivery) and 9PM (DPD). For more information see below.

Delivery FAQs
Do You Ship Outside The UK?
While we offer next-day delivery services across the UK (including Northern Ireland), we no longer ship to anywhere outside of the UK (including British overseas territories). Changes to custom laws and shipping rates mean it’s much more cost-effective for vapers to find an online or brick-and-mortar store in whichever country they’re based in.
Do You Deliver To BFPO Adresses?
If you plan on having your order delivered to a BFPO (British Forces Post Office) address, please select Royal Mail at checkout. Other carriers are unable to deliver Vape Club orders to BFPO addresses.
Can I Get Next-Day Delivery To “Remote” UK Postcodes?
Certain parts of the UK are classified as remote postcodes and our standard Royal Mail Tracked 24 might not reach you the next day. In cases like this, we recommend you take advantage of our Special Delivery options as they have a better chance of reaching you the next day.
When Will I Get My Tracking Number?
You’ll receive your tracking number and a dispatch email as soon as your order enters the courier’s "tracking network". This is the point when an order is scanned out of our warehouse and is in the hands of the courier.
My Order Hasn’t Arrived What Do I Do?
Although it’s incredibly rare, sometimes your order might not arrive. Whether it’s an issue with the courier or us, please get in touch and we’ll resolve this issue as a priority. You can contact our UK-based customer service team seven days a week by phone, email and live chat.
