This flavour combo helped me kick the cigarettes over a year ago. Bizarrely it doesn't actually give me much of a tobacco hit but the caramel and ice is very addictive.

I have never tried an ice with a sweet tobacco before. This is quite sweet but still very tasty and the ice blast makes such a nice change. I didn't think I'd enjoy it but it's moreish, indeed.
