This eliquid is so versatile where you can add it to another eliquid or vape it on its own. It's delicious and I vaped it on my ijust mini which gave great flavour and clouds. A definite must to have in your eliquid arsenal to awaken those eliquids which claim all kinds but deliver very little.

I use this to add to lots of different flavours and it makes everything taste so creamy. Wouldn't vape it on it's own but as an additional flavour its fabulous.

I was very impressed with this. They nailed the cream flavour, and made it plenty strong enough, too.
It works very well on its own, but also makes a great mixer. Perfect to experiment with by adding some to coffee, fruit or dessert liquids, or flavours of whatever else you might pour cream onto.

Element liquids are stellar, I especially love frost when I have a cold so when I saw crema, I had to try and I'm impressed. On its own it's sweet, not too much, smooth and tasty. I get a hint of butterscotch and very light coffee. Together with frost I get a smooth butter mint. It's definitely a winner, I've vaped this on an elabo tank, smok baby beast and vaporesso, all amazing flavours. Can't wait to mix this up with Havana beach by grand reserve. Highly recommended

I was looking for a nice cream to mix with an apple pie liquid I had and to try with some fruity flavours that needed something else. I tried a few and was pretty disappointed with them all, none were really creamy, some more like custard, others sickly sweet and some like melted butter YUK! I tried this as a final bash at finding a good cream and I wasn't disappointed. It really lifted and improved the liquids I got it to mix with, I then decided to try it on its own and was surprised at just how good it was. It's not oversweet like many, nor does it taste like melted or burnt butter. I absolutely love this flavour and always have a tank of it on the go as well as some other liquid, which at the moment is actually another Element juice, apple acai.

A very nice thick and creamy Vape and good for taming harsh eliquids. I have a coffee mocca eliquid and found it rather harsh so I added a few drops of this to it and now it's more like a nice creamy latte. Also very nice on its own,not too sweet.Good price too,thanks VapeClub.

Using an Innokin Cool Fire 4 with a I Sub tank. I have used both 0.5 and 0.2 ohm coils and it tastes beautiful on both. Wattage is between 20-35 depending on the coil I am using and it produces nice big clouds.
Nice cream taste on its own, and is one of my faves now. Its also nice mixed with other fruit flavours. I have mixed it with strawberry and blueberry liquids separately and have made one with blueberry strawberries and this cream and that was amazing! Ive not had the itchy scratchy bit on my throat after this where as I get that with some other liquids even when purchasing higher VG ones.
I have already bought more of these, including the strawberry whip one which is beautiful on its own or mixed with this one which gives it an even creamer taste!

Another fantastic flavour from element. It's not too sweet but just the right kind of sweet that has you reaching for more. This and strawberry whip are my all day vape flavours and the clouds you get from them would fog a room in no time. Pure heaven in a bottle for the sweet toothed out there.
Vaped with sub tank on kanthal and Ni coils at 0.2 - 0.5 ohm coils at 24-35 watts and 260°C.
I highly recommend it.

Ordered this one along with O.F.E. Cup O' Joe and it delivers! THat cream has hints of summer fruits triffle, peaches and whipped cream, Cornish clotted creams well as butterscotch style toffee, yet very light, non 'greasy', not sickly burnt buttery cloying but just fresh like unhomogenised milk or 'creme fraiche' without the acidity bit...which makes me wonder if anyone does a brilliant 'buttermilk/kefir/laban/ayran style' flavour out there?...I feel myself veering towards more fuits and cream as summer looms. Fantastic! I understand why some vapers say that it doesn't taste much...Element kept it Fresh, light, sudden...it's Cream, not melted butter. I will get more and more of that stuff to vape it on its own or, and that's probably how it works best, mixed with a good coffee vape or fruits or...anyone does vodka? for a stunning white russian!

This is definitely a juice to mix with something else. On its own, it just has a generic, creamy, ultra-sweet flavour. Forget the tiramisu description - there isn't even the slightest hint of coffee, or any other flavour here. Completely misleading description. Way too sickly for me to vape on its own. Will mix with other juices and see what happens...

I expected to use this strictly as a mixer for a few of the lacklustre flavours I have. I have used it with a berry flavour that I have gone off of, and it enhanced it immeasurably.
I finally tasted it on its own, and I can't find fault in it. It tastes exactly as it is sold. It's sweet and creamy. It's a good ADV because while it is sweet, it's not overwhelming or cloying.
I will be buying this again.

Clouds for days. I mixed it with a little bit of black cherry pure flavouring. More vapour than a club dance floor on ladies night.
Will be getting again.....and probably the rest of the range. I'll just try to refrain from ordering it all at once.

I am loving this juice, it's great on its own and just gets better when you mix it with other things, my fav is mixing it with the banana nut!
Vapes well, great cloud, very thick juice burns better at higher wattage in sub ohm tank.
I have tried this, key lime, fresh squeeze and frost by Elements and have not disliked or been disappointed with any, now what to try next???
Shame Vape Club aren't doing a multi purchase discount on this range, I would certainly be ordering more and more!

I use the kangertech subox mini kit and have to say I am a fan of custard/cream and fruity cream liquids but find a lot of them are advertised as being creamy but intact are not. So after speaking to Tom a vapeclub adviser - he advised that this is a multi faceted liquid. I purchased this and indeed it is. But it's not as sweet as I expected it to be and can be vaper straight out of the bottle.
The best bit however is not vaping this on its own but mixing it with other juices.
I added it to charlies chalk dust dream cream and it truly enhanced the taste and took away the peppery dry aftertaste, I mixed it with EJ banilla and it tastes amazing now it's a banana, sweet creamy mix with notes of white chocolate (similar to green and blacks) on the end. This is an awesome mixer! It seems to fix a lot of juices by bringing out their intended flavours. This product is well worth buying and using alone as well as with other liquids. Suicide bunny mothers milk has now been lifted to a whole different level!

This juice is what every other dessert flavour e juice hopes to be! The taste is that of pure double cream with some biscuity hints on the exhale!
This is truly premium flavour with premium clouds...if you try any of elements range this is the one to try.
This is perfect to enjoy with an afternoon coffee!

Depends on what you like though. I'm a sweet as possible full on desserts and custard vaper. G2 Mr Cookie is amazing, Alpha Vape Sweet Tooth/Omega Chronos love it, Hold Fast Port Royal is like Mr Cookie, Nicks Smoked Custard/Swag brilliant, Villain Dillinger etc.
What you get with this one is less flavour than the above but it's still sweet and creamy enough to satisfy me. I wouldn't expect to taste actual dairy cream - it's cream as in eliquid "cream". I think "sweet crema" would be a better name.
You also get a lot of vapour from the 80VG. Works well on a Magma RDA 0.6ohm 23w. On an airy RDA at high watts you probably won't be able to see anything for 5 minutes. It's good to know that Element are diacetyl-free.

The main reason I bought it was it sounded like it would mix with other juices nicely, but I find I'm starting to mix a few drops into almost every tank regardless of what other flavour is in there. It's got a strong enough flavour that a 25% Crema mix is enough. I'm currently enjoying 25% Crema 75% Cosmic Fog Milk and Honey mix, it's delicious.
I'm definitely going to be trying others in the Element range (not on drippers either, just on the subtank with .5 ohm stock coil). This company seem to be getting it right judging by the other reviews!

Just wanted to write another review of this juice as there aren't any others a yet, and it deserves some attention!
Whilst I really enjoy this on its own, I bought it because I figured it would be a nice mixer juice to enhance other juices I enjoy but feel like they lack the extra creaminess I desire. However, I'm getting so into this stuff that it's going into every bloody tank I fill. It mixes so nicely that I'm starting to add a few drops to anything I'm vaping now....
It only takes a few drops per tank (maybe 25% of the mixture) to add a lovely creamy flavour to your favourite vapes. It has a strong enough flavour to make a lovely difference to almost anything that suits creamy overtones.
I know for sure that I will always have a bottle of this in my collection.
And please please please, if you like Milk and Honey by Cosmic Fog, do a 75% Milk and Honey, 25% Crema mix. It's just amazing!
I have nothing but good things to say about this juice, it has grown on me much more than I thought it would, and I'm quite fussy about my flavours.

One of those rare occasions where a juice tastes just like you thought/hoped it would!
Used in a Kanger Subtank mini on the .5 ohm coil, about 25W, lovely vapour production and taste. One of those ones people around you like the smell of :o)
