Love this flavour, a vanilla that never gets too sickly. Good quality juice from this brand as well, would always recommend element as a brand to try. Only thing is the expense.

Recently tried this for the first time and this got my taste buds going this was nice and sweet and really creamy tastes like squirty cream. Really enjoyed this vape and could definitely vape this all day

First blast on this and the flavour takes you by surprise - it's that rich but after a few vapes it settles down and really does deliver a creamy smoothness that reminds me of sucking whipped cream out of a spray can.
I really liked this and immediately ordered a few more bottles. I think this one will be a favourite for me.
Vaped in eleaf t80 with a 0.6 mesh coil at a power setting of 25 watts.

I paired this Crema Element Juice in an Aspire Breeze 2, with the 0.6ohm coil, and absolutely loved it! One of the first juices I ever tried that wasn't in a prefilled pod, and helped me start my vaping journey... Not too sickly, but such an addictive flavour to keep me vaping!

What can I say, I love this juice!
For me, giving up smoking was hard. I always associated having a smoke with a coffee, but most vape liquids don't really accompany this due to the sweet, fruity flavours. This though, perfect.
Like a dessert in a bottle, smooth, very creamy and just the perfect amount of sweet.
Great vapour production and pretty easy on the coils.

By far this is on my top 5 (together with Havana Gold by PodSalt) of nic.salts. It is balanced you can vape all day and night and has a little sweetness which is acceptable. It's pure cream flavor. Enjoyed on both Infinix 2 and Caliburn. It's probably the best from Element!!

My usual fav has been out of stock for a long timè sò ìve hàve been tryìñģ to find à ñèw taste. Ive fallen in love with thìs it is so smooth and tastes like real creamy custard . I think this will now be top of my list for now!

Crema is exactly as described, smooth, creamy, not so much a straight vanilla but more of a light custard, vanilla, with a hint of caramel, hard to describe but for me personally it's the best of all Elements flavours & not being a fan of menthol or super sweet flavours this one nails it for me, it's exactly as described. You just can't beat it but then flavours are very subjective & down to the individual.
Really looking forward to the Night Owl, late night NS 20 coming out as that also sounds particularly nice but for now, I'm happy with Crema, it's the only vape juice I use. 10 out of 10!!
