I still buy this because it's smooth, however I would say it needs a bit more caramel in it. It's a medium strength flavour I would say so perfect if you don't like strong flavours.

Dominant caramel and subtle milk. Fairly sweet vape, good cloud production on sub ohm. Would recommend for fans of dessert type vapes. Doesnt quite nail 'caramel milkshake' but think of it more as a really nice caramel vape.

This juice is not too bad, strong caramel taste but that’s it, I was hoping for that milky aftertaste but I was disappointed. But don’t let put you off, if you have a sweet tooth then this is for you.
