Real nice balance to this liquid, it's an accurate flavor profile...so yes if like your drizzle cake and lemon desserts then you'll like this one, it will need near enough a month to steep then the sponge layer becomes more pronounced - although still quite subtle.

The juice has a really nice flavour itself. However it is quite a subtle taste so it takes a couble of refills in the tank until you can taste the full flavour. You'd expect it to be 'cakey' however I wouldn't say it it. If youre bored of sugar filled flavours and need a little change every once in a while it could be what you're looking for.
