Vape ECIDs and GBIDs are a registration number confirming that a nicotine-containing vape product (including the hardware used to vape them) is legally notified and approved for sale by the MHRA. An approved notification means that the product has complied with the UK regulations, which includes submitting their ingredients list, emissions reports & toxicological dossier to ensure they adhere with the UK's Tobacco and Related Products Regulations (TRPR).
ECIDs were issued before 1st Jan 2021, and GBIDs are the same thing but for products notified from Jan 1st 2021. Essentially pre-Brexit and post-Brexit.

I bought this because it was one of the only choices on this website for 1.5mg strength and this one had the most positive reviews out of the three choices.
I was worried that the smell of it was not very pleasant and I might not like it. I tried it though and it's not bad. Detecting more menthol than berries for sure. It's a far cry from Lost Mary Liq but Lost Mary Liq don't offer 1.5mg.
I don't think I'll have a problem with finishing the three 10ml bottles I got though.

Will appeal to a particular taste (21 July 2021)
I bought this juice off the back of promising online reviews but, unfortunately, it wasn't really for me. That's not to say it's not a nice juice if it's your style, though. There are quite robust but smooth overtones of blackcurrant inhaling with a no-ice menthol flavour on exhaling, and the actual vape experience itself is as described - smooth, cool, and quite nice. My partner liked it but to me, though, it tasted more like blackcurrant Tunes or Soothers (!) than I'd have liked. In short, great quality, but the flavour wasn't for me.
