Banana Shake 10ml e-liquid is available in a 3mg, 6mg, 12mg or 18mg nicotine strength. Lower strengths deliver a lighter throat hit and higher strengths create a more noticeable hit. The range of strengths means it's easy to pair up your flavour and nicotine preferences.

You can taste the banana milkshake (although more like banana sweets as you can't taste the milk part that much) on the inhale, but nothing on the exhale at all.
It's not overly sweet or sickly, which is a plus for me. It makes your mouth feel dry after a while though, so for me personally it's not an all day vape.

I've been on a journey to find a tasty, inexpensive (3 or 4 for £10), banana e-liquid that has enough of an 'ice' flavour. I've purchased over 30 products (including one that was £10 for a single 10ml bottle) from seven or eight different shops and tried each one with the same device and a fresh pod each time.
➡ Conclusion
This "Banana Shake" has no discernible banana flavour, instead having a hint of vanilla with a rich biscuit-like base. In fact, the flavour is so lacking in banana that I triple checked the label and my order, but it has the correct label. It's not unpleasant, but if you are looking for banana flavouring, I suggest you try a different product.
