Creme patisseries, also known as Creme Pat or Pastry Cream is a creamy custard that is thickened with flour and is used in various French Desserts such as Souffles.
Flavour concentrates are designed to be added to a base mix of VG and PG, infusing a particular flavour into the blend. Users can add in as little or as much flavouring as they wish, allowing for either a strong or weak flavour blend.
