Getting started is as easy as taking a pouch out of the tub and placing it between your top lip and gum. You’ll feel a slight tingling sensation for around 5 minutes which lets you know it’s working. Spearmint ZYNs have really helped me move away from smoking. The mint flavour is clean, they’re discreet, and the nicotine hit is smooth enough to keep cravings down. Great option if you want something simple while quitting cigarettes.

Like the 3mg version of this, as someone trying to quit nicotine I think these will be my go to to fight cravings. the best shape I've found in pouches - really comfortable in the lip. Much more flat and square than every other pouch I've tried. The flavour is good, and I guess at this strength the nicotine flavour/drip is subtle. It's like popping a polo mint, just a sweet mintiness that is never offensive or unwelcome. I do wish they were a bit more moist as they are on the dry side of things. Will keep to hand!
