The Aspire Nautilus coils are designed to work with a wide range of Aspire vapes, including the Zelos 3 kit as well as Nautilus Nano and Nautilus 3 tanks. Available in a wide range of resistances, you’ll be able to take your pick from MTL (Mouth To Lung) or RDTL (Restricted Direct To Lung) vaping styles.
Nautilus coils with lower resistances, such as the 0.3 Ohm and 0.4 Ohm options, will produce larger amounts of vapour for a RDTL inhale. Or, select a higher-resistance option, such as the 1.6 Ohm or 1.8 Ohm variants, for a discreet MTL inhale that feels more like a cigarette. No matter which coil you choose, we’d recommend selecting a 50% VG or higher PG e-liquid.
We’ve put together a list of vape kits and tanks that these coils are compatible with, as well as their vaping styles and recommended wattages. Some of these kits feature Smart Mode, so you won’t need to manually adjust the power level as your kit will automatically output the best wattage for you. If your mod allows you to adjust the wattage yourself, please ensure that you select a coil which matches your mod’s output range.
These coils are compatible with the following tanks and pods:
Aspire Nautilus, Nautilus 2, Nautilus 2S, Nautilus Mini GT, K3, Nautilus Mini, Nautilus 3, Nautilus Nano and Nautilus GT tanks, Dotmod DotAIO pods
These coils are compatible with the following kits:
Aspire Nautilus AIO, K3, Zelos 3, Dotmod DotAIO, Dotmod DotAIO V2 (when used with original DotAIO pods)

I came to these coils late as I'd recently picked up a Nautilus S3 to fit a small mod I'd purchased. As the previous reviewer says, these are showing their age and I suspect their high rating stems from years ago before there was much competition. Compared to VooPoo's PnP and PnP-x range, these coils are bad. In my first pack of five 0.7, two failed me. Moreover, you can't get the same draw on them like you can a more modern and bigger coil. The taste of cotton is evident after two seconds. That is, they dry quickly due to their diminutive size.
These are unfair comparisons as it's like comparing apples with pears, but given the choice, I'd avoid any Nautilus tank and stick with a more modern offering.

I will be straight, I vape 99% as DTL, but still keep a nautilus tank with higher nicotine in for those odd moments where a stronger hit is needed. This means the 0.3 coils I favour tend to sit around waiting a lot, which may contribute to their shortish life. I find these have a habit of beginning to burn rather to quickly. Especially if you compare them to my DTL coils, a direct comparison is probably unfair, but even back in my regular MTL days these didn't last that long. These coils have been around for quite a while and are starting to show their age against newer designs and improved build quality I think, and are a little pricey for average performance. I'm eventually going to retire the nautilus and be DTL for the foreseeable future, and I won't miss these.. It's a shame a compatible new replacement isn't available as the tank, which I reviewed some time ago is really good ...
Flavour 8/10 when they are new.
This goes down quite quickly I find...
Life expectancy of coils on average 5/10.
I do get the odd one that seems to live longer.
When I do use MTL it's with 10 mg or less Salts.

Hit and miss. Tried 1.0 the flavour sometimes lacks and sometimes burns too quick

Original and one of the best coils out there, even today!

My nautilus coils are useless. I’m a regular aspire customer but these coils are too short so I get checheck atomiser when I use them.

Love these coils as they are long lasting, and at a great price. Ordered on16th January and through my letter box next day. Now that's service.

I vape alot and have struggled to find a vape and coil that lasts a reasonable amount of time but more importantly gives out the best punch of flavor.
This coil is amazing and does just that. The coil lasts at least 3 days and gives me the best flavor from my nic salts. I was unsure if paying the but extra for these would be worth it but it is, especially as it gives out the flavor for longer than the £7.99 coil packs

I've been using these in my Nautilus GT and Nautilus 3 Tanks for around 3 years now, and find the flavour and life of the coils are great value for money. Tried all of the coils and the 0.7 Mesh ones just have superior flavour and longer life (Around 7/10 days) than the rest in the range.
10/10 on flavour and lifespan.

I use the 1.8 coil and they last me a good 10 days sometimes two weeks so i can't complain. Decent value for money

The perfect coils at a great price - long lasting and keeps the flavour

Great range of coils. I haven't tried them all but I've never had a problem with any of the ones I have.
I use pod systems more so these days but still dig out my aspire zelos now and then and enjoy it a lot.

Switched from innokin coils a couple of years ago and I'm glad I did. Aspire have a wide range of coils to suit any vaper. Tried a wide range of wattages and I tend to use the 0.7 coils at 20w. Good flavour and will last a week with heavy use.

Great coil, i find this has the perfect resistance for someone who has come from disposables and wants to enjoy vape
By Darius from Bedford
The 1.6ohm coil is just amazing for MTL (mouth to lung). It seems to last for about 7 days if you vape it constantly.
By Wolfie from Lancs
Probably still some of the best coils on the market stood the test of time and rarely get a bad one.

0.7 - Nautilus coils have been around for so long for good reason. Consistent vape and seem to last a long time

Swap from Innokin coils best ever vaping decision I ever made. I am a heavy vaper and I get 2/3 days per coil depending how light my E juice is. So, from a pack of 5 coils I get 10/15 days at £8.99 per box that’s not bad and my throat hits are smooth.

I brought the 1.8 and have also vaped the 1.0 ohm. I love these coils. They burn out quite quickly. I can usually get at least a week from coils with heavy use but these tend to lose flavour after about 4 days and then taste burnt soon after.
