I use the 0.3 coil on 36w with the Coolfire Z60, I have good flavour and cloud, also 1 coil last me about 800-900 pufs using fruit flavours
I'm using them for about 5 months, I just replaced the 7th coil in 5 months
Overall I'm very happy and I'm sticking with this at the moment
By Charlie Brown from Plymouth, UK
I bought these for my Zlide vape and they're great, lasted me well and gave a good hit. Cheaper than other stores too. It's a no-brainer :)
By ScottyPips from South West
My favourite innokin coil to use - I use as a MTL on about 10-12 watts and it hits perfectly and lasts ages :)
By Puff
I had been trying to use the 0.48s with my Zlide tank. (They where included when I purchased it.) Although they gave amazing flavour I found them burning out very quickly. Sometimes not even lasting a day.
After a bit of frustration with constantly burnt coils someone told me to try the 0.8s.
Since switching, I haven't looked back. These last ages for me and have a great taste and decent throat hit.
By Mike
These are okay but find they get burnt quite quickly
By Sam
Everyone else seems to love these coils but for me they were hands down the worst I've ever had. Could not get any flavour at all out of my Zlide tank. Tried 5 different resistances numerous times before I gave up and just got a different tank. Wouldn't use these if I got them for free. 0.3 and 0.6 were the best but they were still outperformed in every metric by a pod system. The only positives I can think of were they were low wattage so batteries lasted a while, and you can get a nicotine fix. Maybe they're fine with tobacco and menthol flavours, I don't know, but with fruit they were terrible.

Good coils at good price, lasts long for me ,easy to replace
By Veronica from Kent
I used to enjoy the 0.8 but they went downhill. I switched to 0.6 and had a better experience, they don't last too long but I use sweet juices so to be expected tbf. I recently tried 0.5 again and really liked them so will give them another go, I don't like the low wattage on 0.6 tbh so the 0.5 was a nice surprise from a local shop. 99% of the time I use VC, I should probably be 'Her Hounarable Lady Veronica of Vape Club' by now lol.
Excellent service, fast delivery and friendly, professional staff. 7/10 coils and 10/10 company and staff.
By Sam
Innokin have a winner with the 0.6 z coil in my view far better than 0.8 for flavour and last longer
By Olliebingo from Edinburgh
Simply the best MTL coils available, great flavour, good price and long lasting.
Been using these for a few years now and I honestly can't think of a time I've had a dud.
I use the 1.6ohm at 12/13w with 50/50 juice which work best for me to satisfy the cigarette craving.
They're also easy to prime and change with very little mess.
By Queenbee from Scotland
good coils, lasts for a long time. had no issues with it. me and husband uses the same 0.8 ohm and it lasts at least a week
By Wolfie from Lancs
Very much a love hate with these coils....when they work their great with 1 to 2 weeks life but too many bad ones to good ones ratio 1.6 and 0.8 seem best odds.
By Wolfie from Lancs
Love these 0.8 coils but can be a little hit and miss, you expect at least a week from a coil but some only lasted 2 to 3 days ...yes it can be down to juice to a degree but a week should be bare minimum.
By SHAVERZ from CORNWALL
Using the 1.2ohm coils (@12w) with my Zenith2 Tank (MTL) and they are great, produce great flavour and last approx 2 weeks per coil, purchased a couple of packs so should last me a good few months if the coils stand the test of time. We'll worth the purchase, highly recommended.
By Fuelscoops
Don`t know what you guys are putting in your tanks but these coils last me for about a month each at 18W . I`ve only ever had one dud and I vape constantly.
I use the 0.8ohm and find it produces a nice flavour and good amount of vapour for MtL. Would recommend :)
By Rikkent from Kent
I find the 20-25 Watts better to use, the 30-35 Watts tend to only last a day
By Chrissy2709 from Glasgow
Good value coils that are priced well and last a good time
By Pickles from England
Out of all the coils in the same wattage range for the Zlide that I have used these easily perform the best and at only 10watts. I find for coil life they last me roughly 5-7 days however I used bakery/tobacco flavours and this usually decimates coil life however this is not the case with these bad bois! 👍
By Margaret from Scotland
Had a problem with a couple but generally are ok, make sure you fit properly or they leak and spit.
By PM from Thatcham
Usually use 0.8 ohm coils in Zenith 2, gave the 0.6 duo prime a go and glad i did. They prime and break in quickly and the vape is really good, Taste is really good and juicy even when chain vaping.
Better flavour than and use less juice than 0.8 coil and my first 5 pack and it lasted 40 days.
The only downside is that the don't do subtle flavours very well.
By Maggs from UK
1.6, 1.2, 0.8, 0.48
After owning for a while (6 months ish)
Wouldn't reccomend to be honest, not for me at all, too many juices that these coils and the adept kit setup couldn't get any flavour out of, had a handful of good juices that would get flavours but majority ended in the bin. Feel I've spent alot on juices trying to find one that the flavour actually comes through with.
By Veronica from Kent
I've used these coils a long time, I used 0.8 which were great, until they weren't. Very hit and miss, Russian Roulette. I switched to 0.6 and the quality was fantastic, I only get a dud very rarely so needless to say, they have become my go-to.
I would recommend the 0.6 but to each their own.
By Bill from Oxford.uk
New Z coil 0.6 Duo Prime great flavour and longevity. Best I’ve used. Will buy more. 👍
By Adam from Romsey
Like the title says the coils can be hit or miss. They give good flavour when they work, and last a while, I'm a daily user and a pack of 5 will last about a month and a half. I've bought 3 packs so far and about 2 maybe 3 coils have been void.
By John from Poulton Le Fylde
Wow! What a difference I always used the 0.8 coils these was the best of the bunch but still occasionally would burn out quick and not wick very well with slightly thicker liquids
Tried these new 0.6 coils the difference is night and day I’m using 65/35 liquid they burn great with better flavour more airy and lower wattage Innokin has really nailed it with these mtl coils
By Ian from Staffordshire
I have the 1.6, 1.2 and 0.8 coils with my Gozee and I certainly have no complaints about lifespan. Seem to get more flavour with sweeter liquids and prefer the 1.2 as my go to. They are lasting for ages. The 0.8 gets a little warm so tend to use this with thicker liquids for a smoother vape.
By Chris H from United Kingdom
I’ve recently gone from a heavy smoker to a heavy vaper. I bought a couple of mods/tanks a selection of coils and liquid and experimented until I found something I liked.
The 1.2ohm coil tastes sensational but only lasts 1-2 days. My main gripe is that it goes from fantastic to disgusting in under 5 vapes. If I’m out and this happens it becomes unusable and the temptation is to revert back to smoking.
I now tried the 0.8ohm coil with the same liquid and this tastes pretty good (not as impressive) but the coil lasts much longer, 4-5 days and when it starts to go the flavour fades over a day or so rather than becoming instantly unusable.
I guessing this is the difference between cotton and wood pulp.
The 1.2ohm gets 2 stars but the 0.8 ohm gets 8 stars as it’s kept me off smoking but I know there’s something out there that tastes better.
By Dom from London
These usually last me just under a week…Ngl it’s a bit disappointing and feels like a waste of money for most batches! Every now and then one dream coil comes along that lasts 2 weeks which is nice.
In general I feel like Innokin could do a LOT better with these coils
By Kes from Manchester
I regularly use the 0.8 and the 1.0 coils and I'm happy to sing their praises. They last a decent time and they don't take on any nasty taste like burning once they're finished, they just get no flavour at all. But I've found the 0.3 coils can be really hit and miss. I like them, and when they're good they outshine the 1.0, but they're nowhere nearly as reliable or worth it.
By Federica T from London
Last long with a good performance. approved!
By Sean from Teesside
Normally used the 0.8 coils in my innokin adept kit and they were fine... probably the best coils I've used. HOWEVER since I've switched kits... the coils don't seem to be as performing as well as they once did... The 0.8 seems to carry very little vapour & flavour on the recommended wattage and the 0.3 coils are just awful... I bought a new pack of them yesterday, primed it, made sure it was fully saturated, and the first one already seems to be burnt out and carrying the flavour of burnt cotton... All in all I would look for a tank with different coils if your looking to use a sub ohm kit... for MTL you could probably get away with the 0.8 coils but there are definitely better options out there.
By Sunny from Cornwall
I have been using these coils over a year in my zlide tank (0.8) they are fantastic and easy to use. Don’t let your juice go lower than the holes and a coil can last a week maybe two. I have had bad batches in the past but it’s rare and usually not every coil in a pack (pack of 5) is a dud.
By Anonymous from Manchester
These are by far the best for flavour whilst also maintaining a good hit. If you're trying to quit smoking like me these coils are a good choice.
By Pooley from S.wales
Terrible coils. Usually last around 400 puffs.
Apparently genuine coils.
By Smokes from Yorkshire
The 0.8 mesh is a fantastic coil. Lasts 2 week easily with heavy vaping with full flavour.
By Veronica from UK (England)
I've been using these for well over a year and its my favourite daily tank. They normally last around a week or more, recently they are being burnt out in a day or two. I'm now looking at using a different tank because this is unsustainable. Based on the other reviews, its clearly not just me and the company has a serious quality control issue. Losing customers is a stupid business strategy yet, here we are....
By Scttmtn8707 from Scotland
Been using these for about a year or so as there the best for mouth to lung vaping, but over the past couple of months I have found that they need to be changed on a daily basis! Horrible burnt flavour after a day or so! Hopefully they sort this issue out as they are the best on the market
By Mirshin from Wales
I have used the 1.2ohm coils for 2 months now with pg vg 50/50 e-sauce, with a Vaparesso Gen mod, and i can confirm the 1.2ohm Z-Coil's are absolute crap in terms of longevity, the flavour is just sweet/sugary with no real depth, also they burn out like a bitch, im talking minutes between 10-12 watts accompanied with a nasty dry, burnt paper hit. I can make them last 2 days of light toking on 5 watts, the reason i use them is because the draw on the Zlide tank is Ruddy Superb, c'mon Innokin get your act together, im not paying £9 to smoke burnt paper.
By Tonyb from Norfolk
The 1.2 z coil I find produce little flavour, unlike the .8's which are very good.Best to buy the .8 z coil.
By PAUL from Kingston Upon Hull
These coils are my preferable one's for using nic salt E-liquid and my favourite one's are the 0.8 and 1.2 one thing I have realised with this type of coils that there need to prime the coils with a few drops for E-liquid to a new coil is the way to get good strong flavour from these coils by dropping 3 small drops in the top and one in each side holes and waiting 15 minutes and installing in to tank then adding E-liquid to tank and waiting 15mins gives the best flavour and the coils last long with a constant strong smooth flavour for the full length of the coils life I use them with the innokin coolfire Z80 it is awesome for using nic salt E-liquid with my favourite coils at 12 Watts to 13 Watts.
By Kash from UK
Have been using Z-Coils in my Zenith pro tank for a few years. Just bought 3 boxes from Vapeclub. Every single one of the first 2 boxes last about 4-8 hours before the coil burns out. Definitely a bad batch and I havent even opened the third box yet. Very disappointing and its a shame as these are the go-to for MTL vaping.
Id stay well away until theyve fixed the QC issues. If you google it you can see that Innokin themselves have acknowledged the issue, last year (2020). However, i can confirm that this is still the case and these 1.2OHM coils are spectacularly bad. Waste of money.
By Federica
good quality, They last me almost 2 weeks of heavy usage
By Veno from Derby
I have tried all of the Z-Coil range. For flavour I go for the 1.2 and 1.6. Both of them are good with 1.2 being the better choice for me. But don't use any juice over 50% VG as they will burn out quicker if you use thick juices.
My standard coil is the 0.8 ohm. This is because I like to mix 50:50 vg:pg Blueberry with a cheap 70:30 vg:pg ice menthol short fill. Although the flavour is a bit muted compared to the 1.2 and 1.6 coils - it's a way to save money on juice since the 0.8 ohm can handle thicker juices and I still mtl it.
The 0.48 and 0.5 3d mesh coils are also good options but I find them to be the most muted of them all. And you can use sub-ohm juice with them and they produce slightly more vapour.
The 0.3 and 1.0 ohm coils are good for RDL and DTL but I prefer MTL so I usually avoid these coils although I do have a couple lying around.
By Mirshin from Wales
I have tried the 1.6/0.8/.48 ohm Zenith coils and the 1.2 ohm coils is easily the best for flavour. Tested on the vaperesso mod at 12 watts, with a variety of PG/VG 50/50 and PG/VG 30/70 juice.
By Anonymous
One coil lasts me quite a while, even with loads of use
By Anonymous
Reliable coils that I buy time and time again, I’ve not had any issues with these before
By Vaper
Never had any problems with these so far so I’ll continue to use
By Lize from UK
I just swapped out my 0.8 coil after a week of running at 18W and vaping 70/30 and around 800 puffs per day in Zenith II tank. It was still working OK and I could have carried on using it (I would think for at least a few more days if not another week) but felt that the taste was starting to get a little weaker and I was keen to try my new 1.0 coils.
The 1.0 coils say "for RDL and warm MTL" so thought I'd give them a go. If you like strong throat hit then these would be worth a try but I felt they were too strong.
Tried 70/30 Shortfill at 3.3mg and another lesser at 1.8mg and both a bit harsh for me MTL and more air made me cough. RDL with airflow wide open and they seemed very good with reasonable sized cloud but thats not my main vaping style.
Will stick to the 0.8 and keep the 1.0 for emergencies or if I go RDL in the future.
By Luke M from Liverpool
I’ve been using these coils for a while now and I think there good
By Tonia4 from London
I bought the 0.8 and it lasts up to 3 weeks dispense of the usage.
By Marc from Hampshire
Have tried all 5 coil varieties and the 1.0 are my fav. I say this as they last 4-8 days roughly and this is IF you get a good batch. So hit and miss even after a year of using them. All other coils can last from as little as 2 hours (I kid you not!) to 2 days.
By Liam
Okay gives a nice hit occasionally you’ll get a dud coil that burns out within couple of days
By Blinky678 from Hampshire
Very good coils, easy to put in, great flavour and they last, cheaper than some alternative coils too
By Anthony from Edinburgh
The 0.8 ohm coild have been my go to for a while. I thought I'd try the Z coils for a different kind of vape. On my Zenith at 20 Watts the flavour is great with a smooth draw- but for one day only. Every Z coil I tried has not lasted more than the day. I don't know if it's how I am using them- I do draw quite a lot - but this has never been problem with the 0.8 coils. So - a disappointment- maybe I just got a bad batch.
By Metacrylate from London
Taste is good to start with but after vaping about 4ml of liquid, I find the taste declines to the point of being completely dull. The coil wicks well with all kind of liquids but the taste is pretty disappointing.
By Metacrylate from London
After all the good reviews on the Zlide and Zenith tanks, I must say I am disappointed with the Z-coils. Pretty flavourless. They wick all kinds of liquids, but I find the flavour dies down pretty quickly.
By Dman from Leeds
0.8 s with coolfire Z50 seem to do the trick , so far so good.
By BigT from Mansfield
Only 1 good coil in the batch all the others lasted a day at best :(
By Dman from Leeds
Maybe I got a faulty batch, but they just dont last more than a couple of hours which is terrible.
By BigT from Mansfield
Using the 1.6's and they seem great to me. Normally last a week of heavy vaping. Getting some more :)
