The Kanger SSOCC vape coils are designed for use with tanks that employ the use of the SSOCC or OCC Coils, including Kanger Subtank Nano and the Kanger Subtank Mini. An upgrade of the OCC Coils, these vape coils are available in a range of resistance to suit your vaping style.
Constructed with a durable Stainless Steel casing with NiChrome wire, resulting in a faster heating of e-liquid which helps to reduce ramp up time when vaping. Employing organic cotton wick, these coils deliver rich flavour with the cloud production to match.
Available in 0.5 Ohm, 1.2 Ohm and 1.5 Ohm resistances, we recommend high VG E-liquids of 60% and above for 0.5 Ohm variants, whilst the 1.2 Ohm and 1.5 Ohm coils perform best with high PG e-liquids of 50% and above.
Important information about Sub Ohm Vaping:
Any coil that registers below 1.0 Ohm, is known as a sub ohm coil. Recommended for advanced vapers only, they'll require more power to use properly, which will be provided by an advanced vape kit.
With these coils larger amounts of vapour will be created, to support this we recommend you use e-liquids that are 60% VG or higher. Due to the larger amounts of vapour that is created, we advise that you do not use an e-liquid that is higher than 6mg nicotine strength.

Good product worth the purchase

I have been vaping for 3 years and until recently have used the square OCC coils in my Kanger KBox Mini without any problems, zero dry hits or burnt taste. I have now switched to the cylindrical SSOCC coils and find they are superb. If you prime them when inserting new coils, you should have no problems, just drip the ejuice into the three holes on the sides of these coils until they are visibly moist and drip 2 or 3 drips down the centre above the vertical coil. Insert your coil, fill your tank, let it stand for 5 mins and you are good to go. The coils last ages, weeks. I use the 0.5ohm variety set between 26 to 30 watts, pushing them higher than 35 watts just shortens their life. Please only buy Authentic/genuine coils. ALWAYS check them by matching the codes on the boxes at the Kangertech website. No codes on the boxes then they are fake! Fake coils will burn out very quickly and only last hours. Some will be dead from the packet. Do not buy the cheapest, buy Authentic only! Otherwise you will just be wasting your money.

This really nice, i tried a bunch of different flavors with the 0.5 ohm coil. No words to describe, these are really great, im using it in my kanger subtank mini, and vapor storm as mechanical mod. Vapes are really smooth , lots of smoke, and flavor 10/10

I have been vaping these coils at .5ohms since the NEBOX was released and they are great. The best part about them is you do not need to prime them or wait for the juice to soak for 30mins like my Smok Alien 220 TC. They also last along time as well. If your looking for great flavour, long lasting coils then I would recommend using .5ohms, NEBOX, 40watts. I usually can vape around 30mls so the built in tank on the NEBOX is 10mls, so I get 3 fills before I need to change out the coil, and sure I could go for a bit longer if I run out and am waiting for an order, unlike my Smok Alien, I can only get 15mls per coil. So definitely would recommend! I have read other comments not being able to have the same experience as myself, talking about burnt taste etc, but I would recommend the above set up as I have never had a dry hit before.

I don't know if it is me or the coils but as soon as they start to produce a decent head of steam they seem to burn out. I gave up trying to find the correct wattage as it would either be no cloud or burnt taste. I won't be bothering with these ones any more as I get much better results from the Ni and ceramic ones

Had previously been using the Kangertech Subtank Vertical OCC & had no problems with them, I switched to these and am lucky if a packet of 5 lasts a week.
Get the odd coil that will last 3 days (if lucky) the rest a matter of hours until they taste burnt some even taste burnt after minutes of using them.
As others have said really disappointing, have used Kangertech tanks & coils for ages & unless they can rectify whatever is causing the problems with these coils I will not be using their products again

Have persevered with these but no more. First fill is usually great (although a bit of a lottery on the draw / airflow depending on how the wick has been packed), but with each subsequent fill the liquid seeps into the centre and you get a hubbly-bubbly draw and increased chance of leakage through the air holes. Can be mitigated by rolling a tissue to a thin point and sticking it down the hole to absorb excess, but too much messing around and the tissue end can get stuck which blocks the thing completely. Used with KT Top Tank Mini / Nano.
Having a better experience with the supposedly inferior OCCs, less cloud but no seepage issues.

You can't go wrong with these coils, been using the 0.5 coils more or less since they were released and I've not had any issues, way better than the ceramic coils so don't pay the extra cash for them as they are not a patch on these ones. I'm quite a heavy vaper and I've tried lots of different tanks and coils and these are descent compared to most as long as you don't push them over 35 watts.

I have not had any bad experience with these coils at all. Each one is lasting me at least a week and have not had any burnt taste. I am using the 0.5 Ohms coils with 80% VG juice and get great taste and vapor production.
I would recommend these coils.
