The Smok OFRF NexMesh replacement vape coils have been designed for use with the Smok OFRF NexMesh pods and pod kit only. These conical coils are available in two different variants; as an A1 kanthal mesh 0.4 Ohm coil as well as an SS316 0.4 Ohm variant.
Features:
A conical coil design provides enhanced flavour and cloud production, whilst the use of a threaded installation method makes inserting and removing coils an easy process. Due to the 0.4 Ohm resistance, we recommend pairing these coils with high VG e-liquids of 60% and above for best performance.

Important information about sub ohm vaping:
Any coil that registers below 1.0 Ohm, is known as a sub ohm coil. Recommended for advanced vapers only, they’ll require more power to use properly, which will be provided by an advanced vape kit.
With these coils larger amounts of vapour will be created, to support this we recommend you use e-liquids that are 60% VG or higher. Due to the larger amounts of vapour that is created, we advise that you do not use an e-liquid that has higher than a 6mg nicotine strength.

Good coils, good flavour , good price what's not to love

Having purchased both the DC MTL and the SS316 RDL coils, there are some things it does well, and not so much.
The coils have lasted a good three weeks before a change is needed, however there can be some wicking issues with the SS316. The SS316 RDL coil has smaller wicking holes than its DC MTL sister.
It brings out great tones in simpler liquids like fruit menthols, but it tends to struggle with a more complex liquid for example the lychee lemonade I love.
