The Freemax Fireluke 22 Coils are still available for this kit. Check out our Vape Kits Page for our extensive list of vaping products.
The Freemax Maxus 50W kit is a versatile option that supports MTL (Mouth To Lung) and DTL (Direct To Lung) vaping. Powered by a larger 2000mAh built-in battery it’s capable of a 50W max output, this wattage can be adjusted to deliver your ideal level of vapour production. Fitted with a modern chipset you’ll have access to a range of modes allowing you to customise your kit. The Fireluke 22 and two compatible coils are included with each kit, so you’ll have everything you need to get started.
Features:
Even though there are multiple modes, the Maxus 50 remains easy to set up and use thanks to a simplified menu system, while the battery inside has also been designed to make sure the kit lasts longer between charges. Combined they make the Maxus a simpler kit that you can rely on all day. When it comes to modes, there’s the option of Variable Wattage, as well as Temperature Control and even Variable Power Curve which allows you to programme a series of power levels that the device will fire at in a row - for your own perfect inhale.
Capable of holding up to 2ml of e-liquid, the Fireluke 22 tank is the ideal partner for the Maxus device. It features top filling ensuring refilling remains a clean and simple task, while the adjustable airflow can be used to control vapour flow for a tighter or looser inhale. The 0.25 Ohm and 0.5 Ohm Fireluke 22 coils both feature a mesh build for better flavour and larger vapour production, MTL coils are available separately. We recommend pairing this tank with a 70% VG or high VG e-liquid for the included DTL coils.

Important information about sub ohm vaping:
This device is intended for sub ohm vaping. Sub ohm vape kits require a greater amount of knowledge and experience to use safely. They use specially designed coils that register below 1.0 Ohm resistance, for use at higher wattages. These kits will also feature advanced modes that require a knowledge of vaping to be used correctly.
We recommend you do not use an e-liquid that has higher than a 6mg nicotine strength, this will be too harsh on the throat. Sub ohm vaping produces more vapour and because of this, an increased throat hit. High VG e-liquids will allow you to experience greater vapour production when used with this kit.

It's comfortable to hold in the hand, not too large or small. The resin side panels have a slightly textured feel to them, the buttons are a good size with a solid feeling click to them. It's got an internal battery but with a max watt level of 50, that's no bad thing. The screen's a good size for the mod, with plenty of readable info without being overly cluttered.
The tank, though. I have two Fireluke 22s, one of which came with the tank and I started off with the 0.25 in there. The Maxus 50 runs within the recommended watt levels for the 0.25 at 30-50w, but I ended up swapping for the other Fireluke 22 which had a 0.5 installed. The mod's body was heating up too much with the 0.25 to be comfortable with long term use. The numbers might match, but I've no interest in burning my hardware out too quickly.

Since I don't know how to edit or retract reviews, I'm writing a new one. The battery was good for a few months. Now all tanks will not sit still when attached to the battery, they wobble around. The battery life is also terrible now.
The tank is awesome still though.

It's a really nice vape to use, haven't had any problems with it so far. I've not long started vaping and have been using caliburns to get used to it and then moved onto this. I have to say this vape is a really good choice to move onto, the throat hit is nice if you use the right wattage for the coils and the right airflow for you. Seen some reviews about the drip tip not working properly but for me it works perfectly. No leaks and no residue under the drip tip. Produces really nice flavour on each pull and big vapor cloud production. Got to say this is a big win for me and I'll definitely be buying more freemax products in the future.

JUST LOVE IT!
I love the Freemax Twister 30w kit sooo much that I had to invest in this 50w Maxus kit also.
Great design and well built. Performs just as good as the 30w kit only bigger and badder (badder as in gooder).
Ticks all the boxes for me, except for their terrible 'falling off' driptips. A tight fit, drip tip, wouldn't of broken Freemax's bank and it would of definitely earned an extra star from me.
Both 0.5 and 0.25 coils are equally good. Beautiful flavour production and pukka throat hit!!!
MTL vaping with DTL coils is how I roll, bwoi :)
