The Geekvape Sonder Q 2 vape kit is a powerful device that’s straightforward to use and beginner-friendly. It’s powered by a hefty 1350mAh rechargeable built-in battery which will last at least a full day, and it can be fully recharged in under two hours. Thanks to the range of compatible pods, this kit can support both MTL (Mouth To Lung) and RDTL (Restricted Direct To Lung) vape styles.

To start vaping your Sonder Q 2 kit – fill your pod with e-liquid, pop it into your device and inhale on the mouthpiece. Inhale activation does the work for you, and if you want to alter how your vape feels, simply adjust the airflow slider on the side of the device. Plus, the handy RGB light featured on the front of the device lets you know when you need to recharge using a USB-C cable (sold separately).
Your kit comes equipped with a Sonder Q pod that holds 2ml of e-liquid and features a built-in mesh coil which improves flavour by heating e-liquid more quickly. Once the coil has burnt out, you can swap your whole pod for a new one and keep using your device. They’re available in a range of different resistances, and we’d recommend pairing them all with a 50% VG e-liquid.
Please Note: This kit does not include a USB-C charging cable. If you don’t already own one, we’d recommend purchasing one separately.

Vape ECIDs and GBIDs are a registration number confirming that a nicotine-containing vape product (including the hardware used to vape them) is legally notified and approved for sale by the MHRA. An approved notification means that the product has complied with the UK regulations, which includes submitting their ingredients list, emissions reports & toxicological dossier to ensure they adhere with the UK's Tobacco and Related Products Regulations (TRPR).
ECIDs were issued before 1st Jan 2021, and GBIDs are the same thing but for products notified from Jan 1st 2021. Essentially pre-Brexit and post-Brexit.

I bought this one after ordering the 0.4ohms pods and realised there were not compatible with the first version of the Sonder.
The battery last a very long time, it accepts all pods and it works very well! No buttons, just inhale and it goes. It produces great flavour. More testing on that but so far it’s spot on!
Seriously this kit is very solid and I will recommend it to anyone. The price is very good as well for what you get. The pods are a bit expensive but they last if you use 50% VG juices.

Great pod kit! (08 June 2025)
Bought this as an upgrade from the Sonder, and although the original one is great, this one is even better!
The metal casing design is much nicer than the previous model, and there is a definite difference when on taste and strength when toking on the newer version.
They are easy to use, the pods are quick to fill, the battery charges quickly, and it fits very nicely into any pocket.
I use the 0.6 ohm pods, which gives great flavour and have less tendency to leak than others.
Overall, this is a great vape kit, and highly recommend.
Next day, free delivery when spending over £20 is a massive bonus.

Compared to a previous model of this that I’ve been using until a few months ago this is a big improvement.
Battery lasts a while, though it can take some time to reach a full charge. When it has I don’t need to recharge/top up more than once later in the day. Gives stronger hits than the older version and from what I can tell each coil lasts much longer a well.
Doesn’t appear to cause leaks anywhere near as much as the older model, however it does still sometimes spit back liquid through the mouth piece. But have noticed that tends to happen when it’s been in my bag and probably fallen upside down or something.
Overall great experience and great price.

The Sonder Q 2 is a great piece of kit. It is easy to use so it is perfect for people who are taking the next step from disposables. It is also perfect for seasoned vapers when they want to keep things nice and simple sometimes. The 0.8 pods I'm using are great for flavour and are top fill which is a boon.
Overall I am loving it and the purple colour I chose is actually really lovely.
