I have had this a year and has thus far proved reliable, although I would caveate this with I have not used it everyday so the reliability issues some reviewers have had may yet show themselves.
It felt well built when I got it and still does, stainless perhaps avoids paint problems. The coils are not silly money and a good selection of ohms are available. The tank is easy to fill and I have to admit I like its design. It's relatively easy to find a setup of power and airflow to suit, and it's small enough to be discrete. I have recently upgraded to a Zelos3 but continue to use the coolfire so I can have two flavours on the go. If it does die I would consider replacing it with the same again...
A good place to start if your wanting to upgrade from a pen style device for more control but not excessive options.... I'd look at this as a stepping stone to more feature intensive/advanced units.

After continuous use with my previous vape, I thought it was time to get a new one. Although I like how light and easier to handle this one is, the battery isn’t long lasting, and it takes ages to charge. At most you can get (almost) a days use out of it but no more than that. I’d recommend this to a first time user who doesn’t vape as much

I bought this from Vape Club in Sep 2020 and the battery stopped charging in July 2021. The coils managed to produce for me no flavour whatsoever, even with menthol, which I don't like but I tested it with anything I thougt could drag flavour out. At the time I had a Zelos 2 kit, which produced excellent flavour with the Nautilus 2 tank. So I put the Innokin tank back in it's box. The Innokin battery is clearly not up to much. The black paint quickly comes off. There's nothing much more to say. I've recently bought an Aspire Zelos 3 kit and it's great. I can think of no reason to buy this Innokin product. Two stars because the battery managed 9 months. Zero stars for the tank.

I am new to the vaping world (again having tried it a few years ago and failing miserably) but wanted to try again to kick cigs to the curb once and for all. I was initially looking at the Innokin Kroma but having read the very good product spec its not for a first timer so went with this little dude. He is great. My first day switch over I admit I spent most of the day choking and coughing but just over a week in and I am getting on great. I like the fact you can get different coils, and can switch the wattage and adjustable airflow meant I can play around to find the level that suits me at the time. I cannot rate it against any other models as this is my only one however, the world of vaping has moved on considerably since my last attempt and this little guy is an amazing piece of kit who is my new best friend.

This product is great when it works... But I’ve had it for 4 months and it’s broke 3 times, twice I’ve had it replaced and the now third time, I’ve given up with it, and buying a different brand. Better off buying something that’s not Innokin, as they have a reputation for breaking easily. Waste of time and money.

Brilliant product, have smoked 20 plus cigarettes for over 20 years having never gone more than 3 or 4 days without a fag, this is the first time I have ever been 3 weeks so far, was dubious about making the move to vaping but would highly recommend and if your new to it, buy a few sets of coils for when they burn out. Highly recommend.

Went from 20 to 2 - TWO - cigarettes on day one I received this kit. Was kinda skeptical as I smoked for 10+ years, but I can totally live without tobacco now, this kit gives a smooth and flavourful vape that satisfies your cravings so well I’m actually wondering why I didn’t buy it as soon as it came out. The 1.0 ohm golden coils are more indicated to RDL imo, but work well for MTL too - not sure how long they’ll last, after 3 days they start to lose flavour but still very good and not tasting any burnt whatsoever. Great value for price, I’m just impressed!

Have always went for Smok but wanted something less fiddly. Good for the price. Easy to set up and use. Recommend if you’re looking for a change in brand.

Really great bit of kit! The mod itself is well built (as you would expect from innokin) and has a nice weight to it. It has a really nice sleek finish and looks great!... It’s Also a nice compact size so easily fits into your pocket. The on/off switch is a really great feature-more mods should have this- just adds another peace of mind that it won’t be accidentally firing.
The zlide tank that comes with it is a great solid tank and so easy to fill!
And the best thing with this bit of kit is it’s so versatile, so can be modified to how your vaping style changes over time.
Would make a perfect mod for a first time vaper.
And all at such a bargain price.
Really Can’t recommend this kit enough!

This kit was recommended by one of the guys at Vapeclub. This unit is really good. Compact, nice design, solid build quality, and the Zlide tank makes refilling so easy. The physical on/off switch isn't something you see on every mod and its reassuring to know it wont fire in your pocket. I would definitely recommend this kit
