The Innokin RipTide vape kit offers a good entry into sub ohm vaping, it features a simple design and is simple to use. A combination of a 3000mAh built-in battery and 68W max output means you'll experience a balance between power and battery life. This all-rounder kit is recommended for intermediate to advanced vapers. Included is the 2ml Crios sub ohm vape tank which creates a large amount of vapour and features adjustable airflow.
Unlike other more complex kits, the RipTide features single button operation so you can have an authentic sub ohm experience without any of the fiddly set-up and maintenance. Ideal for travelling with, this kit features a compact build and the button can also be used to lock the device. The battery will offer up to a full day of vaping and can be recharged via the included USB cable. A soft-touch rubber finish allows the kit to fit comfortably in your hand.
Capable of holding up to 2ml of e-liquid, the Innokin Crios vape tank will produce a larger amount of vapour, supporting a direct to lung vaping style. The removable top filling section of the tank makes refilling a much simpler and clean task. Two 0.25 Ohm Crios coils are included, with replacement readily available. To support the kit's power output and coil resistance we recommend a high VG e-liquid that is 60% VG or higher.
Important information about sub ohm vaping:
This device is intended for sub ohm vaping. Sub ohm vape kits require a greater amount of knowledge and experience to use safely. They use specially designed coils that register below 1.0 Ohm resistance, for use at higher wattages. These kits will also feature advanced modes that require a knowledge of vaping to be used correctly.
We recommend that when sub ohm vaping, you do not use an e-liquid that has higher than a 6mg nicotine strength, this will be too harsh on the throat. Sub ohm vaping produces more vapour and because of this, an increased throat hit. You should kits like this with a high VG e-liquid, that is 60% VG or higher.

I've been using this kit for the last year and found that it is absolutely great for my needs. It gives a great hit, lasts for ages between charges (only needs charging once a day) and, with Innokin coils, has only gone through 2 or 3 coils in the last year....I can't understand these people who go through coils in a matter of weeks....I was a very heavy smoker and consequently use 12-18mg juice in my sub ohm and I find that the coils in this last me months!
I'm going to have to buy another of these shortly as the charging port on my current Riptide has come loose slightly and is affecting how it recharges (it's probably loose from being dropped one too many times)

I don't usually submit negative reviews, but this vape really is a disappointment and not worth the cost. The first issue I have had - from week one - was trying to take the coil off, which has been stuck on multiple occasions. The glass has also gotten firmly stuck onto the vape on multiple occasions - making it even more difficult to get the coils off when they are stuck to the top.
** The most annoying issue is that the coils have to be primed extremely well, but even when they are well primed, they often lose their flavour and burn out within a couple of days of minimal to standard use. Really is not worth it.
Buy a Smok P22 kit instead. It is similar in structure, but much better quality.
