The Lost Vape Centaurus Quest BF squonk vape kit is a powerful kit that delivers an authentic sub ohm vape. Each kit features a built-in squonk bottle that can be filled with e-liquid and when squeezed sends fresh liquid to wick the cotton of your RDA. Powered by a removable 18650 or 21700 battery (sold separately) and capable of a 100W max output it delivers high wattage vaping for longer. Each kit comes complete with a compatible, bottom-filling Lost Vape Centaurus Solo RDA.
Aside from the added convenience the squonk bottle provides, the Centaurus Quest BF kit also features an intelligent chipset that gives you access to a range of adjustable output modes. For selecting a power output between 5 - 100W / 0.7 - 8V you can use either Variable Wattage mode or Variable Voltage mode. For the most powerful vape possible there’s Bypass mode, for added customisation Variable Power Curve mode allows you to select several different power levels that the kit will fire at in a row.
The Lost Vape Centaurus Solo RDA is the ideal counterpart to the included mod. Not only does it feature a hollow firing pin that allows e-liquid to travel from the squonk bottle to your cotton wick, but it’s also easy to set up. Featuring a two-post build deck it supports single coils and the wide terminal holes will accommodate a range of rebuildable coils. There’s also a large juice well that leaves plenty of room for your cotton wicks. Fitted with a dual adjustable airflow you’ll have full control over your inhale for a tighter or looser draw.
Important information about Rebuildable Dripping Atomisers:
Rebuildable atomisers are recommended only for experienced users. You should have the knowledge and access to the equipment that is required to set up this atomiser properly.
Before building or using an RDA you should have a thorough knowledge of battery safety, Ohm's Law and vaping in general.
Before fitting a coil onto your rebuildable atomiser ensure it is in a safe condition and registering the correct Ohmage, this testing and checking can be achieved by using a dedicated Ohmmeter. Coils should not be tested on vape devices.

I'm always on the look out for something new and slightly different to what i already own and after watching a few review videos this seemed like the next 'must have' squonker.
It looks nice, it's well built, feels nice in the hand and that's about it. I haven't had the issue with the bottle that some other reviewers have had but i have noticed when putting the bottle in it's almost like a two stage process, when you first slide it in there's a faint click, then push again slightly firmer for a louder click, which seems to keep it secure.
When you squonk it it seems to take a while for the juice to get from the bottle to the tank, i've tried it with the Centaurus RDA and also the Hellvape Dead Rabbit V3, with the same result. I have the Vandy Vape Pulse V2, Dovpo Topside Lite and Dual, and don't have the same issue, The Centaurus also seems to drain the battery quicker as well, i use Molicel batteries and at 50w i wouldn't get a day's use out of a 21700, whereas I can with the Pulse V2 and Topside Lite.
My only saving grace was i bought it from another bricks and mortar store and saved myself £14 compared to VC's price. VC used to have competitive prices for hardware but they've steadily risen to be the most expensive, and they've done away with the 15% discount code!

I have been wanting a squonk mod for a long time as it means not having to carry a bottle of liquid.
The mod itself is ok but the squonk bottle keeps coming out, its not held in very securely. You have to make a constant effort to remind yourself to push the bottom before you squeeze or you will end up getting a dry hit.
Hopefully they will fix this with future models.

Lost Vape seems to have been on a roll over the last 18 months, with a number of high quality products, one of the newest added to the Quest Line is Centaurus Quest BF Squonk Kit. It is the usual high quality you come to expect from Lost Vape except in one key area….the squonk bottle and housing.
I have been using the kit for the last couple of weeks, there is so much to like about it, it is sturdy and solid, smaller than you would expect for a 21700 device. The Quest chip is really good and functions similarly to a DNA chip in as far as you have the 3 button setup to navigate the menus and so on. The Centaurus RDA included is decent enough, for me personally it wasn’t airy enough but that is personal preference, but you do get good flavour from it.
So now the Squonk bottle issue, after a few days using the device, i noticed some dry hits, looking i noticed the bottle had slipped slightly, this meant no liquid was feeding the RDA. As time has gone on it has become a permanent issue.
I believe it is caused by the nozzle on top of the squonk bottle, the nozzle has a release mechanism which means when in the device it pushes down on the nozzle allowing liquid to flow, when removed it pops up again stopping any liquid escaping. It is a clever design but unfortunately flawed. Should Lost Vape revisit the design hopefully they have a design that ensures the bottle is locked in place.
I should mention you also get a storage bottle should you not wish to use the device as squonker, this is a great idea as it is one less thing to carry when out and about.
Overall I really wanted to like this device, it has so many good things going for it, it is just that one unfortunate design flaw, if it weren’t for that I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending it. Lost Vape fix the issue and you have a winner!
Having owned this a week now I’ve been very unimpressed! The juice bottle is very poorly designed and continuously comes loose every time you squonk.
The plastic bottle has just fallen apart on me as I attempted to clean it and without a spare the mod is now useless to me. I expected a lot better from lost vape as I consider them to be at the top end of vape equipment.
The rda is just ok, flavour not great, I’ll go back to my trusty dovpo topside dual and profile rda which are far better designed in my opinion.
