The Vaporesso Xros 5 Mini vape kit is a compact vape that’s easy to use for new and experienced vapers alike. The built-in 1500mAh battery is big enough to last at least a full day on a single charge and it can be recharged in under an hour. The Vaporesso Xros pod included will produce a small amount of vapour to deliver an MTL (Mouth To Lung) inhale that feels like a more cigarette, and thanks to the range of compatible pod options this kit can also support RDTL (Restricted Direct To Lung) vaping.

Getting set up is simple – just fill the included pod and insert it into your device. The kit will automatically detect which pod you've chosen and output the best power level to match. For more customisation, you can adjust the airflow slider on the side of the device to experience a tighter or looser inhale. The LED indicator will let you know when your vape is low on battery. Plug it in with the included USB-C cable and it will recharge in less than an hour.
The Xros 5 Mini is compatible with all of the Xros Corex refillable pods. As each pod features a built-in coil, when it burns out you can just swap the pod out for a new one. The included 0.6 Ohm pod works best with 50% VG e-liquid. The 0.4 Ohm pod, sold separately, is best paired with 70% VG e-liquid.

How To Set Up & Use The Vaporesso Xros 5 Mini Vape Kit
Charge Your Xros 5 Mini
With the included USB-C cable, you can recharge your Xros 5 Mini in less than an hour. The LED indicators on the front of the device will display your battery charge level.
Remove Your Xros 5 Mini Pod
Pull the pod out of the device.
Prepare Your Xros 5 Mini Pod
Peel the sticker from the base. Remove the mouthpiece.
Fill Your Xros Pod.
The fill port is marked with a red silicone ring. Fill the pod with vape juice.
Insert Your Xros 5 Mini Pod
Replace the mouthpiece and slide the pod into the device.
Prime Your Xros Pod
Wait ten minutes before you vape for your coil to "prime", allowing e-liquid to fully soak into the cotton. This boosts flavour and makes your pod last longer.
Vape Your Xros 5
Press and hold the button or inhale on the mouthpiece to vape.
Adjust Your Airflow
Use the airflow slider on the side of the device to swap between a tighter or looser inhale.
Vape ECIDs and GBIDs are a registration number confirming that a nicotine-containing vape product (including the hardware used to vape them) is legally notified and approved for sale by the MHRA. An approved notification means that the product has complied with the UK regulations, which includes submitting their ingredients list, emissions reports & toxicological dossier to ensure they adhere with the UK's Tobacco and Related Products Regulations (TRPR).
ECIDs were issued before 1st Jan 2021, and GBIDs are the same thing but for products notified from Jan 1st 2021. Essentially pre-Brexit and post-Brexit.

How long will it take to charge my Xros 5 Mini?

This is a very good device however it tastes burnt straight away. I dont know if I need better juice but it tastes burnt. It looks very pretty and is the perfect size and weight.

But the right juice is essential..spend time experimenting until you find the best one for u..it's out there:)
My go to is edge watermelon ice mixed with banana ice and it's top tier

Perfect, simple vape! (07 December 2025)
This is my third XRos mini, they'be all been a solid piece of kit and this one is too. Good flavour from juice. I like the simplicity of autodraw and no on/off button for pocket mishaps. No screen, only 4 small, white LEDs which respond to: inhale, pod in/out, and battery percentage. I prefer over the previous green-blue-red LED indicator. The airflow adjuster and USB C charger are on the sides of the vape, with the airflow hole on the bottom. They're well placed and I don't cover them by accident. Battery will be tested with time, never had an issue with battery on my Vaporessos.
I used 0.6 ohm pods in the past, the new Corex 3.0 pod seem to leak less than the older ones.
My only gripe with this vape is that I ordered Retro Orange, not realising it's "Retro Orange Leather." The sides and bottom are metal, but front and back panels are fake leather which is a texture I am not a fan of! It has some 60s arch designs embedded in the leather which adds a cute touch though.

this was my first “real” vape so to speak
I wanted something that looked nice and not a huge chunky machine. It looks great! Better than I was expecting! As someone who has solely used disposables I was nervous to move on and get set up, but this came with everything I needed and was so straightforward! I wish I had done it sooner!!
Flavours that come with it are great.
Charge lasts way better than what I was expecting.

Great little vape, pastel colour is lovely. This is so easy to use, quick to charge, and the adjustable airflow is really good. It enables more/less "puff" so you can simulate a real cigarette.

Switched to vaping a few weeks ago. Found a shop bought vape with prefilled pods. It wasnt very cost effective to be honest and the taste wasnt the best. Decided to try this device as it seemed like the best option from reviews here and online. What a brilliant piece of kit especially for someone like me who is a total novice! A little weight to it, lovely colour selection, easy to refill and the taste is 100% better. This buisness goes above and beyond for its customers and the vape juices are really nice too. Came the next morning with free delivery. Dont hesitate buying this its a really good vape for the price!

this is a great kit for beginners or people after a simple cost effective vape. the only issue i have is that the battery doesn’t seem to last as long as other vapes with supposed less mah. not sure why.

Upgraded from the Xros 4 Mini. The Xros 5 mini feels a lot more premium and has a bigger battery (which was the biggest feature for me).
Overall excellent piece of kit, don’t hesitate in grabbing one!
