The Vaporesso Xros 5 pod kit is a durable yet sleek refillable vape that’s ideal for beginners and experienced vapers alike. It features a built-in 1500mAh battery which should last you at least a full day on a single charge, and it can be recharged fully in around 35 minutes. The included pods deliver a familiar MTL (Mouth To Lung) inhale that feels like a cigarette or disposable vape. Compatible with the full range of Xros pods, this kit can support both MTL and RDTL (Restricted Direct To Lung) vaping.

Boasting a quick and easy set-up, simply fill one of the included pods with e-liquid and insert it into your device. Normal Mode will deliver a balanced vape, or pick Power Mode for boosted flavour or Eco Mode to save on battery life. If you pair this kit with an 0.4 Ohm Xros pod, available separately, you can fine-tune the power output between 15W and 30W. For a looser or more restricted inhale, just adjust the airflow slider on the side of the device. When the time comes to recharge, just plug in the included USB-C cable and it’ll be fully charged in around 35 minutes.
For best results, pair the included 0.6 Ohm and 0.8 Ohm pods with a 50% VG vape juice. The pods house built-in mesh coils, so you'll experience an authentic MTL vape and boosted flavour thanks to a wider surface area that allows for e-liquid to be heated at a faster, more even rate. The 0.4 Ohm Xros pods should be filled with with 70% VG e-liquid for RDTL vaping. You can replace the pod once it burns out. This kit is also compatible with the Deliciu prefilled pods, which are ideal if you're looking for an even more low-maintenance way to vape.

How To Set Up & Use The Vaporesso Xros 5 Vape Kit
Charge Your Xros 5
With the included USB-C cable you can recharge your Xros 5 fully in around 35 minutes. The screen will display your battery charge level.
Prepare Your Kit
Remove the pod from the kit and snap the mouthpiece off the pod.
Fill Your Xros Pod
The fill port is marked with a red silicone ring. Fill the pod with e-liquid.
Insert Your Pod Into Your Kit.
Replace the mouthpiece and insert the pod into the device.
Prime Your Xros Pod
Wait ten minutes before you vape for your coil to "prime", allowing e-liquid to fully soak into the cotton. This improves flavour and makes your pod last longer.
Switch On Your Xros 5
Press the button five times to turn your Xros 5 on.
Vape Your Xros 5
Press and hold the button or inhale on the mouthpiece to vape.
Adjust Your Power Level
Press the power button three times to change the wattage (for the 0.4 Ohm Pro pod) or swap between Eco, Normal and Power mode (for other Xros pods).

New design poor battery performance (15 August 2025)
XROS 5 has slim design with bigger battery but the performance lacks behind XROS Pro which has smaller battery size. When using with same coil and wattage settings overall battery performance is 30% less than XROS pro with battery size of 1200mAh which is 300mAh less than XROS 5.
This is a DOWNGRADE not an upgrade.

Great kit! (04 August 2025)
I upgraded from the xros 4 to this kit due to being able to change the strength, the led display and the sleek design. I ordered purple silk and it’s a lovely colour and great kit. Easy to assemble, holds charge well and no leakages. Highly recommend and already had 2 family members and 3 friends swap over.

Very nice. A lot of customisation but I don't really care for themes. It's nice if that's your thing. I just want to lock fire button and go mouth to lung and it feels better than Xros 4. Can't fault it the jade green colour, it looks 10/10. The normal power mode feels better than Xros 4 on full power mode. A nice upgrade on the old one.

have used the Xros 3 mini for lots of years and recently upgraded to the Xros 5, and glad I did. The battery life lasts me all day as a heavy vaper and only takes around 30 mins to charge from dead to 100%. The button on the side can be de-activated if you are used to the no button method

This is a massive upgrade from my previous pod system. The flavour is amazing. Being able to see how much battery you have left is really handy when you’re on the go. Here the next day too which is a great incentive to order

You can’t go wrong with Xros always have them and the coils are top for flavour and longevity. Well nice upgrade feels expensive. Long battery and super quick charging .I got this in pink and it’s not too pink 10/10

Hopefully this one doesn’t leak like the Xros 4 and there isn’t any Corex 3.0Ω pods yet. I’ve not used it yet but if I am satisfied and it doesn’t leak I’ll be sure to update this

A great all-around pod vape fits in the hand perfectly. It's also light. The display screen is nice a clear to see, and setting it up was very easy. The Battery lasts for 2 to 3 days, it charges up very fast as well would highly recommend

Did a direct comparison between Xros 4 and this one. Using new 1.2 coil and swapped it between the two.
The 5 made it taste better, if the 4 was a 4.5/5 this is 5/5 a bit better but better and nicer. Not sure about battery life but 1500 instead of 1000 should be better.

Been using this for 2 days now and still haven’t needed to charge it so excellent on that part. Having the vents on the side instead of the back like the old model is so much better haven’t covered it yet with my fingers.
