The Eleaf iStick i40 vape mod is a highly portable device with a minimalist design. It stands just 7.8cm tall so it’s incredibly pocket-friendly. With a large built-in battery, a 1 - 40W output range, Variable Wattage (VW) and Variable Voltage (VV) modes allowing you to customise the power output, this mod is the perfect companion to a wide variety of tanks. The iStick i40 mod features a 2600mAh internal battery which most vapers will find lasts them a full day.
The i40 sports an elegant leather and metallic finish, with an ergonomic curved shape that makes it comfortable to hold. When the battery is low, it’s easy to recharge with the included USB-C charging cable. The versatile yet simple nature of this device means that it’s a great way to try out different vaping styles. The wide output range means that MTL (Mouth To Lung), DTL (Direct To Lung) and RDTL (Restricted Direct To Lung) vaping styles are all supported.
The device offers both VV (Variable Voltage) and VW (Variable Wattage) modes, which allow you to adjust the wattage between 1-40W and the voltage between 0.5-8V. Customise these settings in order to find the best fit for your chosen tank, which you can attach using the 510 connection. As long as the coil can be used between 1 - 40W, any tank can be used with this device.

I use this on 22m atties, can fit slightly larger diameter, nice on the hand, and for the money great mod.
only negative, mine might be faulty, i charge it and doesn't last anywhere as long as a 2600 battery, 10 puffs and you see quarter of the battery has gone.
apart from that, i am actually thinking of grabbing another.

I had been using a pod that you could change airflow. I had got it down to 2 devices and chose this one due to the two reviews, it has taken me awhile to get it perfect. I’m really happy with device and think I need another in different colour. Thank you Vape Club for all your advice and help.

Great device and great company.
Had so many mods including DNA and high end Stab Wood designs. Now just want something simple, light that feels comfortable for MTL and so impressed I’ve bought 3. Can’t fault it at all. Have 3 so always have one fully charged which only takes about 30mins.Paired it with a nautilus gt tank at 12w does the day fine. One of my orders seem to get stuck with the Royal Mail for 5 days. Contacted VapeClub and they just sent me another via DPD next day. Amazing customer service. The lost one eventually turned up which I decided to keep and pay for. Vapeclub were even happy to wait for a week till I got paid. Won’t buy from anywhere else now.

I've been smoke free for while and am now going into my fifth year (heavy smoker for decades I was) and it was an eLeaf device that I started my vaping journey with, so I hold a soft spot for the brand. I've had several over the years and my original iStick, although sitting in a drawer in my office for most of the time these days, is still going strong. I do like the new version - it's more modern looking and uses the far superior USB C charge slot rather than the old style and most importantly it retains the sturdy quality that eLeaf are known for. A great no frills device that does what it's intended for. I paired mine with a Nautilus tank and the flavour is excellent.
