I had to order two of these as the first one was broken, I thought it was something I was doing wrong but it turns out the capsule inside wouldn't pop no matter how hard I tried.
Once I got the new one it was easy to use just take it out of the wrapper and remove the silicone bits on the end. I enjoyed the flavour, it took me back to when I smoked real cigarettes, and I liked that it was smooth without being too harsh on the back of my throat.
The pen is great for someone who only vapes occasionally as I found it ran out to quickly.
