The Elf Bar P1 Spearmint prefilled pods are made to be a simple replacement for your Elf Bar Mate 500. Each pod contains 2ml of salt nicotine e-liquid and absorbs faster for quicker craving satisfaction, as well as delivering a smooth throat hit. They're also designed to produce an MTL (Mouth To Lung) inhale, which creates a more discreet amount of vapour and has a feel that's similar to a cigarette.

Much prefer the spearmint to the standard mint. Not as harsh and flavour lasts to the end of the pod. Would buy again.

I love spearmint gum with a passion. Thought this would hit the spot, but I found it to be far too sweet. It doesn't taste much like the original wrigleys gum. Wouidnt purchase again

This is my go to for every day vaping. Although recently I've noticed some inconsistency with the manufacturing, some pods burn the coil straight away, some will burn so quick a pod will only last a few hours and some taste of other flavours

I know I'm in the minority here, but I really can't get on with all of the really sweet fruity flavours. This spearmint is just what I need as I transition from cigarettes to vaping. Really smooth and minty without that 'icy' feeling in the back of your throat!

I’ve tried many minty flavours across several brands and vapes (including the Elf bar disposable) but this pod version is one of the best I’ve tried and I really don’t enjoy others as much as this.
It is cool and minty but not too sweet or too ‘cold’ if that makes sense.
As a note, I don’t vape mint as my main flavour but I really enjoy puffing on this during breaks from other flavours and it really compliments other sweeter or stronger flavours well. So for me, it is a great palette cleanser if you like. Would strongly recommend giving it a try and see what you think of it.

I found this to be minty, but I didn't get a strong spearmint flavour. Other reviews say spearmint was strong so might just have been the pod I had but I would have said it was more plain mint/peppermint than spearmint. Strong flavour

I wasn't too sure about this one at first. Then I tried the disposable elf bar mint flavour and liked it. I compared this one to it and could not tell the difference at all, they are exactly the same. I find disposables very easy to use but like others am a bit concerned on the environmental impact. I have a refillable vape but whether it is because I am new to vaping or not I am really struggling to find flavours I like and can use all the time without coughing. These seem like a good compromise for me at the moment, cigarette free for a week now. The mint flavour is not overpowering and it is nice and cool. Flavour doesn't build up and get too sickly which I do find with some like banana and watermelon flavours. I think this will be a regular for me for now.
