I would definitely recommend having one of these handy on a bad day. Instead of puffing away like made on your elfbar and the pod is gone before the craving, a few puffs off this (sometimes even one will do it) and it kicks the craving.
Bare in mind, elf pods are around 2% nicotine, these are 18%, went from over 30 cigarettes a day to elf pods and this as back up, had done the trick.
I would definitely say have this as back up.
The starter kit is £9.99 and these pods are in the 3 for £12. Yeah initially it adds cost. But only need 1 pack of pods for the week and the rest elf, trust me, so after first week, no extra cost and kick the craving, plus saves the elf pods.
I aim to stop completely which is why I do mix of both, elf for low nicotine and to make it easier to stop. These so I can kick the craving

This reminds me of menthol cigarettes, and the ice is gentle, not harsh on the throat at all. A great alternative to traditional cigarettes, highly recommended!
