The Smok IGEE A1 pods included each feature a 0.9 Ohm coil that's built-in, meaning there is very little maintenance; when you finish one pod, simply replace it with a new one.

When you need to top up the IGEE pod, you can remove the mouthpiece to reveal a filling port. These refillable pods feature a mesh build, which means the built-in coil heats up e-liquid quickly and improves flavour production. We recommend using these pods with 50% VG and higher PG e-liquids, and if you are looking for a lighter throat hit you can pair these pods with a salt nicotine blend.

I purchased this on a whim simply because it is produced by SMOK, and I have been using larger SMOK devices for many years since quitting smoking.
It comes with a spare pod which is a nice touch. Aesthetically pleasing to the eye and touch, it is let down slightly by the small battery, and loses its power much quicker than the other vape kits I have.
There is no variable flow on it, and it feels a bit tighter to pull on than the Vaporesso, I supose more in keeping with the draw on a cigarette. If you are used to more free flowing vaping, you may find it a little restrictive, but it still delivers good flavour.
It visually has a battery indicator on it that changes from green to red (with blue in the middle), but it doesnt stay in the green for very long, and once it leaves the blue and hits red, the flavour deminishes.
Cant complain for the price, but I only really use this now as a back up when my other kits are on charge, or I fancy a change up of flavour.

This is the first time using a pod device since my trusted Nord and I am shocked at how much this little device leaks. Beautiful looking, great battery and feels lovely but taste from this device is not great and if left filled overnight, you will lose at least 0.5ml from the 2ml tank.

I'm in love with this kit! I've used for a bit now and it's just so easy to use.
The pods are magnetic which means they go in the device really nicely you don't have to push on them.
It also has an LED battery indicator so you can tell if you're running low on battery.
Green = Charged
Blue = Okay but might need charging later
Red = Needs Charging
Instead of ElfBar 500 Mate go for the Smok Igee A1 you won't be disappointed!
