The Vaporesso Aurora Play is an AIO (All In One) pod kit intended for users of all experiences. Powered by a built in 650mAh battery, the Aurora Play features a unique flip to open action mimicking a well-known lighter. This draw activated device also boasts a functional Omni Board Chipset with three power modes and multiple protections whilst utilizing the innovative Aurora Play pods complete with a push to fill refill system and a 2ml e-liquid capacity.
Features:
A sleek and polished design constructed from a Zinc Alloy produces a stylish and discreet aesthetic. The flip to open action allows for an easy operation, whilst an enlarged power button serves to turn the device on and off as well as switch between the power modes of Low (9W), Medium (10.5W) and High (12.5W). A window situated in the centre of the kit also practically shows how much e-liquid is remaining in your juice port.
The refillable Aurora Play pods have a 2ml e-liquid capacity; to refill simply press in the push to fill valve, which accommodates the majority of standard e-liquid bottles (including the filling bottle provided). With a 1.3 Ohm resistance, we recommend using high PG e-liquids of 50% and above as well as being compatible with salt nicotine e-liquids for a smoother throat hit.

Full delicious flavour, I adore the play, it seems to be a massive leap ahead of the original zippo. Great discreet mtl kit with a reasonable battery life.

The first Aurora Play I received didn't work perfectly, the pod was loose in the 'body' causing it to shoot blanks every now and then. The replacement I received works perfectly. It's ideal fork someone working in a dusty environment or with mucky fingers, there's vertualy no risk of contaminating the coil which is why I baught this perticular e-cig. I need to do some experimenting with liquids as It is fairly tame right now.

Someone else wrote that this vape takes several tanks to get flavour, I think they got a defective pod or were using some bad juice.
I've had several pod mods, with my most used being the Kimsun (no longer manufactured) and the Orion Lost Vape DNA, and the Aurora Play blows them out of the water. I've also got several full size regulated and mechanical mods with RDAs.
I took it out of the box, filled it up with Pacha Mama's Icy Mango, removed the sticker at the bottom of the pod, and after impatiently waiting 2-3 minutes I took a hit. It was the most potent flavourful hit I've ever experienced from any vape.
Until I got this, I thought pod mods could only deliver either flavour (like the Juul), or a very satisfying nicotine hit. Not both.
I was wrong, because this hits both perfectly. It's got good airflow, with the amount of vape generated varying automatically based on your suction, so adjusting the power controls isn't even really needed. Flavour and nicotine hit was perfect from the first hit.
I'll find out if it passes the test of time, but so far I'm impressed, this pod mod is 1/4 of the price of the Orion DNA but has much better airflow, and much cleaner and potent flavour.

This isn't one of the better pod systems I've tried but that said it has some useful features.
I bought it for when I'm out walking my two dogs. I liked that I could stuff it in the pockets of my dirty walking coat (filled with bits of dog treats etc) without worrying about germs. I like that it's super easy to fill without having to touch the mouthpiece - good feature when you've been out in muddy fields and picking up dog poo! I like that the "cap" is attached to the device, so I only need to use one hand to operate and not fear losing a dust cap.
The con's - the coils in the pods take an age to break in! Until they do it's completely flavourless. I needed to run about 4 tanks of eliquid through until I could get any sort of decent flavour.
The flavour when it eventually does come through is not bad, but nothing like the innokin t18, or aspire nautilus tanks.
Equally the info on the website isn't right - you should use a high VG eliquid, (not a high PG). I'd used a 50/50 blend originally and got zero flavour.
I did much digging around and on researching on vaporesso's website it does state that their CCell coils which are used here should be used with a VG juice of 70% or higher. When I made the switch the flavour did improve.
Also to note the first one I ordered had a fault. It kept blinking and I couldn't change the wattage output - I've returned it to vapeclub and waiting to hear about a refund.
Due to the handiness of its features it will stay in my dog walking coat. It hasn't leaked at all so far which is a bonus.
I'm hoping the 0.65ohm coils come out soon!
