The Vaporesso Xros Pro pod kit is an ideal option if you want a vape that’s full of features yet still easy to use. Housing a 1200mAh battery (that can be recharged in 35 minutes) in its sturdy, compact body, it’s capable of delivering a 5-30W output that’s ideal for MTL (Mouth To Lung), RDTL (Restricted Direct To Lung) and DTL (Direct To Lung) vaping. This, along with a range of built-in coil pods, makes the Xros Pro easy to tailor. Each kit includes two pods, so you’ll have everything you need to get started.

Setting up your Xros Pro is easy. Equipped with Smart mode, it recognises whichever coil is in your pod and will output the best wattage for it, for a no-fuss vape. Pair your kit with the included Xros pods and swap between longer battery life (Eco Mode), a balanced vape (Normal Mode) or the strongest vape possible (Power Mode). Or, if you’re looking for a little customisation, the 0.4 Ohm Xros pod which is available separately allows you to finetune the wattage output for your perfect inhale.
Xros pods feature a handy top-fill design that means you don’t even need to remove them from the device to top them up. Just lift off the mouthpiece to reveal the filling port. The built-in coil design means maintenance is simple – once the flavour begins to fade or you notice a burnt taste, simply replace the whole pod. Furthermore, the mesh design of the coils heats your e-liquid faster, boosting its flavour. Speaking of e-liquid, Xros pods will work best with 50/50 and high PG vape juice – the 0.4 Pro pod can also be used with 70% VG e-liquid. You can also pair this kit with prefilled Deliciu Mate pods.

How To Set Up And Use The Xros Pro Kit
Charge Your Xros Pro Kit
Using the included USB-C cable, you can fully charge your Xros Pro in about 35 minutes. The screen will display your charge level as well as how much charging time is left.
Prepare Your Xros Pro Pod
Take the pod out of the kit and remove the protective film from the base.
Fill Your Xros Pro Pod
Snap off the mouthpiece to access the fill port, marked with a red silicone ring. Fill the pod up with your e-liquid.
Prime Your Xros Pro Pod
Insert your pod into the device and wait ten minutes before you vape for your coil to "prime" – allowing e-liquid to fully soak into the cotton, improving flavour and coil longevity.
Switch Your Xros Pro On
Press the main button 5 times to turn on your vape kit.
Vape Your Xros Pro
You're ready to start vaping! Inhale on the mouthpiece or press and hold the power button to vape.
Adjust The Power Level On The Xros Pro
Your device will automatically select the best power level for your chosen pod. You can also press the power button three times to swap between Eco, Normal and Power mode or unlock wattage controls (for the 0.4 Ohm pod).

What’s the best e-liquid to use with the Xros Pro?
(25 Jan 2024)Hi there! You can use 50% VG e-liquid with all Xros pods. The Xros Pro pods can also be paired with high VG e-liquids, such as 70% VG blends.
What are the best wattage and power settings for the Xros Pro?

When you insert a pod, your Xros Pro's screen will display the recommended setting. 25W is recommended for the 0.4 Ohm pod, but you can adjust between 15W-30W by pressing the power button three times and then pressing it to cycle through wattages. For other, non-Pro Xros pods, you can follow the same steps to select between three power modes instead of wattages. Eco Mode helps to preserve your battery, Power Mode offers a stronger vape and Normal Mode delivers a more balanced inhale.

My Go-To Vape !! (06 August 2025)
I own five different vape devices, but this is the one I consistently find myself reaching for. The build quality and the feel of it in my hand are exceptional, and it's incredibly easy to use. The 0.6 and 0.8-ohm coils are outstanding, and I constantly find myself comparing every other vape to this one. Although I've had a few minor leak issues in the past, none of my other devices come close to the satisfying performance and feel of the XROS Pro. It truly lives up to its "Pro" title.
This device is an excellent choice for both new vapers and those transitioning from disposables. I'm especially impressed with its lightweight, portable design and the rapid USB-C charging, which makes it perfect for on-the-go use. The long-lasting battery is a major standout feature, and the pods are fantastic, delivering great flavor without messy leaks or the hassle of coil changes. While heavy vapers might find the battery a bit short and a few users have reported minor overheating issues, its overall build quality and performance make it a highly recommended kit.
For the best flavor, I suggest using the 0.6-ohm pods, while the 0.8-ohm pods are perfect for longevity. It's a no-brainer—you won't regret this purchase.

This is a great value vape kit. I am a heavy DTL vaper and have always had box mods but have been getting fed up with the constant coil changes (I use a high VG juice) and also the overall battery life of rechargeables, not to mention the amount of kit you have to drag around with you. So I thought I’d try these pod kits.

CON’S (all apart from the battery life are just me being picky)
Battery Life (I’m a heavy vaper, battery lasts me 3 hours, I’ve timed it. So brought a 2nd one so I’ve always got a fully charged one ready to go)
2ml pods (I know it’s law now but I really miss the days of the old 5ml pods, I’m forever filling it up lol)
Info screen (it’s great but only comes on when either vaping or you press the fire button, I’d like it to be always on so I can see it at a glance)
The battery life is why it lost a star.
All in a great vape and I’m so glad I switched from the big heavy box mods to this lightweight little beauty.

Nice kit, but colour may vary! (16 July 2025)
Bought as an upgrade from my Vaporesso 3 which I love, love, love. With a bigger, longer lasting battery, this is a chunkier fellow, same length but a bit thicker and twice the weight. My only gripe is having bought the red version, it's not red like the picture suggests, it's more a coppery brown colour.

Best Vape Ever (17 June 2025)
After my last vape started running slowly and needing to be charged 3 times a day, I decided to buy a new one. I upgraded to Vapresso XROS 4 but found it rather weak in comparison to this vape, it was also too light in weight, so I bought a new Vapresso XROS 3 Pro instead. Now I'm back to being able to use my vape all day and charging it only at bedtime.

Really amazing vapes. Asked VapeClub which was the best to go from disposables and they advised this one. Such an easy set up, quick charging, no liquid seepage. Highly recommend and for the price you can’t go wrong!

Disappointed (02 June 2025)
After reading reviews are thought this might be my new favourite toy and on the first coil seemed to work like a dream flavour was and filling were on point but after replacing the first coil the device gets so hot now I can only take small bursts and then have to wait for it to call down.
It’s definitely not a pro and wish I’d done more research as the other device I bough with was 9.99 is much better.

This is an amazing bit of kit, I upgraded from the mini 3 as I was changing it everyday and it was well used for over a year. Glad I made the purchase one full charge lasts me 2 days of heavy daily vaping. The 4ohm coils last me well over a month of hard vaping and I have never had a leak so far.

Fantastic vape. Nice size, good weight to it. It's got all the basic features you need, variable wattage, ajustable airflow, lockable buttons and a puff counter.
I wish the airflow was located somewhere else as sometimes I accidentally cover it with my finger when I'm vaping.

I have always bought Vaporesso devices as I find their reliability and build quality to be great and this is no exception. The pods deliver quality taste and perform perfectly I am still on my first pod and after 2338 puffs it still tastes and performs great.
This device is a perfect weight it’s not to light but it also won’t bog you down. It charges from 0-100% in a little over 30mins, and the time left until full charge is also extremely accurate.
All in all a fantastic kit that performs fantastically in fact I’m ordering another this week to keep at work.
A must buy in my opinion.
