The VooPoo Argus P1 vape kit is a compact option designed with ease of use in mind. Powered by a built-in 800mAh battery, this kit delivers a 5–20W power output range, which is ideal for MTL (Mouth To Lung) vaping. Thanks to USB-C fast charging, it can reach a full charge in just 18 minutes, so that you can spend more time vaping. The Argus P1 comes complete with two refillable pods that have built-in mesh coils to help get you started.

Thanks to inhale activation, you can just take a puff on the mouthpiece to vape and the Argus P1 will automatically create a discreet amount of vapour to deliver an MTL vape. This style of inhale imitates the feel of a cigarette, which is ideal for first-time switchers. The kit’s GENE. AI 1.2 chip automatically adjusts the output of your vape to match the strength of your draw. There’s also an adjustable airflow control on the side of the device that allows you to switch between a tighter or looser draw.
Argus pods can hold up to 2ml of e-liquid and can easily be refilled from the side. Thanks to the built-in coil design of the pods, you don’t have to worry about messy coil changes; all you have to do is replace the pod. One of the pods contains a 0.7 Ohm coil, while the other has a 1.2 Ohm version installed and creates a little less vapour; both have a mesh design for improved flavour. We recommend a 50% PG e-liquid or higher PG options for best results.

Holding up to 2ml of your favourite e-liquid, you can refill the Argus pod whenever it runs empty. You'll need to swap to a new pod when the built-in coil wears out and each one lasts around a week on average.

I purchased 2 of these, one in pink and one in yellow for myself and my partner. We have used the Argus devices for almost 2 years now and decided to purchase the P1 as a secondary vape whilst our older Argus’ are on charge. We are very impressed with the design, the battery life and how user friendly this kit is. It also has the added bonus of the lanyard so there isn’t any frantic patting, wondering where the vape is! I would definitely recommend this kit.

I've reviewed this previously and wanted to update based on experience with a comparable product the Vaporesso Xros 3 nano ( I have purchased both devices with Vapeclub). They are similar products in terms of shape, price point, both supporting RDTL and MTL in the 0.6ohm to 0.8ohm range. I recently tried the Xros 3 nano after becoming frustrated with the battery life of the Argus P1 which although charges in full in just 15 mins on the flipside was only lasting me barely half a day. The Xros nano is supposed to get two full days of use - the main selling point. However, I can tell you the two are not comparable - the Argus P1 is leagues above. It's build is superior, it's so solid and sturdy - far better quality. The mouth piece is larger and more comfortable. I found the Xros 3 nano so small and uncomfortable didn't get on with it at all. So hands down the Argus P1 if like me you are torn between the two there is really no contest. Only minor gripe is the smaller battery on the Argus P1.

Month 3 of using this now. I use the 0.7ohm pod which lasts a solid 7-10 days. However I’ve noticed the battery is not the best. Personally I need to do a charge 3 times a day and despite only 15 mins to full charge it’s still slightly onerous to have to do it so frequently. I imagine the 0.7ohm drains the battery more. But even using the 1.2ohm I’m still needing two charges a day. Great device amazing flavour no doubt but battery is a very minor factor.

I bought this as a second device to use alongside my Argus Z, to be able to switch when one of them runs out of charge. The form factor is great and it feels good in your hand, but performance wise I found it inferior to the Z. I think this is most likely driven by the airflow, it's only present on one side and it resulted in quite muted flavour in comparison. So I bought another Z and this got consigned to the bottom drawer as a back up.

In terms of performance, I am so far fully satisfied 2 weeks into using this as my daily vape. The pods last a good while, around a week, though flavour starts to fall off around day 4. Battery is all it's made out to be, coming from a 18650 sub-ohm kit (Geekvape Aegis Solo), lasting a solid 6 - 8 hours of regular vaping, and taking only 15 minutes to charge back to full. The flow control is basic, but rugged and does the job, allowing for a range from MTL to RDTL. It also looks great, but...
The lettering will fall off. Quickly. This is a fairly significant negative for me, as the appearance of the mod was a big draw. Holding onto them to reapply with a dab of super glue when I get around to it, but disappointing non the less.

I won't lie this vape device deserves to be in your collection I've got 3 of this so far super fast charging time and for a pod set it the flavours not to bad either what I love most about it though is the hit you get of this thing well done voopoo.

This is a follow up review to the below as I’ve been using for a couple of weeks now. It’s still excellent. I’ve been experimenting with the 0.7 and 1.2ohm pods as initially I had recommended the 1.2. For context I used 60% PG Nic salts in 3mg. However I retract my earlier recommendation of using a max 50% PG with the 0.7. I actually prefer using the lower ohm as the mild heat gives it a better flavour. The air slider means you can still do MTL even with the lower pod. And for low nicotine it’s perfect. A better all round vaping experience. So conclusion is you can use a minimum of 50% PG and likely maximum of 60 to 65% PG as the holes in the coil are so small. I haven’t tried 40% PG but you might be ok. For experience it’s the 0.7 ohm in my opinion. If you are doing 10mg or above potentially consider the 1.2ohm. You probably get an extra 15% puffs and battery life from the higher pods but it’s a trade off. In the grand scheme of things it’s about experience for me personally.

I’ve owned half a dozen vape kits and this one is the best. It’s a solid build and for me the ultimate shape. Includes a lightening cable which can charge in around 15 minutes. I like the 4 bar battery check you can see when you remove the pods.
In terms of the two pods I tried both with 60% PG eliquid. The 0.7ohm could not handle it, the liquid was too thin. The 1.2ohm perfect though. Despite advice from the manufacturer, I would say a MAXIMUM of 50 PG on the 0.7ohm and MINIMUM of 50 PG on the 1.2ohm.

Easy to use, Magnetic pods and a quick charge which i like however only had it for a few weeks and already unusable. problems started after replacing the third pod, tried puffing but wasnt working, the only thing i could do was charge it. disappointed

Bought this as an addition to the voopoo argus G which is incredible and wanted something with fast charge that uses the same pods. However the airflow on this is just not that great for a true MTL Mouth to lung vape. Even nearly closed it is just not giving a great MTL. However for airy RDL Restricted Direct to lung it's good. The device is beautiful and very well built. Charges super fast. No button just inhale activated which the 1.2 pod works best with the device in my opinion. If the airflow was the same as the Argus G then this would be perfect.

I love this little powerhouse. It is pocket-small, light, could not be easier to use, and provides a top-notch vape (providing that you know what coil to use for what juice). The battery is also small, but it's enough to see me through a day out, and with such a quick charging time, and charging ports accessible everywhere these days, I've no complaints. I've just returned to non-disposables and I won't be going back because of this beauty.

Lovely look, well made and thought out with the magnetic pod and great that it comes with refillable pods with or without preloaded coils. Only faults are that it’s a bit fiddly to fill and sometimes it draws liquid into your mouth
