The VooPoo Drag X Pro pod kit is both easy to use and powerful, providing an option for those that want a simple DTL (Direct To Lung) vape. With a single 21700 or 18650 battery (sold separately) to power it, the Drag X Pro is able to reach up to 100W. As well as the device itself, this kit includes a VooPoo TPP X 2ml pod and two VooPoo TPP coils. No matter whether you’ve chosen the 0.15 Ohm or 0.2 Ohm coil, you’ll experience a DTL (Direct To Lung) vape.
Features:
The Drag X Pro features three different user modes. You’ll first notice RBA mode, which allows you to find a power level from 5 - 100W that produces the right amount of vapour for you. There’s also Smart mode, for if you prefer your kit to do the work and figure out the ideal wattage for your coil. Using either of the included coils in either mode will produce a greater amount of vapour.
VooPoo TPP X pods are easy to refill. Simply use the release button on the side of the pod, to reveal the e-liquid inlet. The mesh build of the coil means that e-liquid heats up more evenly and the overall flavour is improved. As both coils are made for sub ohm vaping, we’d recommend that an e-liquid with a 70% VG concentration or higher is used for best results. You’re also able to choose a tighter or looser draw with the adjustable airflow, so you can find an inhale feel that you prefer.

The Drag X Pro kit has been designed for use with the TPP pod and VooPoo TPP coils, it is not compatible with the PnP coils or pods. The TPP coils are available in a range of resistances to help you discover your perfect vape.
The Voopoo Drag X is recommended for vapers with a little bit more experience, so if you’re new to vaping then you might want to try a starter vape kit first.
Each Voopoo Drag X vape kit comes equipped with a Gene.TT chipset, which recognises which coil you’ve inserted and selects the correct wattage for you. This means you don’t have to spend any time trying to work out what the best output to vape at is.
The Voopoo Drag X features modes to help you find your perfect vape. Variable Wattage lets you manually set your own wattage, while Smart Mode automatically detects your coil and sets it for you, meaning no more trying to figure it out yourself.

The Voopoo Drag X is a DTL (Direct To Lung) vape kit that uses sub ohm coils, so it’ll work best with 70% VG e-liquid, such as most shortfills, as well as higher VG options.

Alot of negative reviews on this kit as it comes with the TPP pod and coils. These are notorious for leaking and I am pretty sure the TPP system is being phased out.
HOWEVER- the PNP pods work with this system (Site Admin needs to correct the QandA). The PNP pods do not leak and the coils are excellent for DTL or RTL.
The Auto draw is excellent too. Overall a PERFECT device but only if you use it with a PNP pod and coil.
PNP coils last ~3000-6000 Puffs depending on resistance. Standard 21700 battery lasts around 600 puffs before needing charging again depends on resistance used.

The vape itself is lovely looking, nice weight to it but not cumbersome, a bit fiddly to fill up but overall not bad.
The downside is the coils. The coils lasted me a day at most running them on anything from 30w or higher.
I'll admit I'm a heavy vaper but omg, the coils were just dreadful so I've ceased using this due to having to buy coils every 5 minutes.

Unfortunately I did not get on with the Voopoo X TPP tank. Constant leaking and horrible design to fill the pods up plus the coils are always faulty. No quality control at all from Voopoo

I have a drag x pro and a drag x. What you get from the pro is a bit more power (not that I use it), a better airflow switch, a multi function switch that can be used as a lock or on off and a TPP pod. However the mod is slightly bigger and heavier than the standard x. The pod is a little fiddly to fill bit on the plus side the silicone is easy to pull out giving you more capacity. Personally I find the cheapo full plastic pods are better and easier to fill more flavourful. I have loads as they snap on and off and are cheap enough to fill with your favourite juices to switch as you fancy.

Not the best. I’ve only had this one for a couple of days but am not impressed. I ordered this after previously having the Drag X plus, which has been great. Anyway, I thought I’d try something a little different and gave this model a go.
I must say the build quality is as expected and it’s really good providing some great features.
Unfortunately this model is massively let down by the tank. The fill mechanism is fiddly as hell and my hands literally can’t fit in to open it. That means I need a tool to access it and refill the tank.
The coils aren’t great either. They leak. Leaving regular puddles of juice under the tank which need to be cleaned out pretty frequently. I tried the 0.2 coil first, it initially produced pretty good flavour but within a few hours of it being fitted it became pretty flavourless. Not long after that it started to burn, so much so that it discoloured any juice added to the tank. In total it lasted less than 24 hours and I wouldn’t say I vape particularly heavily and it was on ‘smart’ mode at the recommended power setting.
After that I tried the 0.15 hoping for better things. It again proved to be quite leaky, possibly worse than the 0.2 as it quickly started to ‘spit’ burning hot vape liquid at me. Unfortunately this happened mid puff and burned my tongue which wasn’t pleasant.
Certainly not a great design for the tank so I’d highly recommend the plus over the pro. At least with that model a functional tank can be fitted. This one it seems can only be used with the awful tank provided meaning it’s pretty unusable.

It does leak if you leave the juice tank on, i have started to detach it from the mod when not using and problem solved.
Overall amazingly good vape.

The mod itself is pretty good well build feels premium BUT man it leaks and leaks a lot from the tank from the air flow definitely not for use 0.15 ohms coils even with 0.20 it still leaks after 1 hour of use but in general it’s a pretty good mod

I purchased this to replace my DragS as I wanted more battery life and a little more oomph… my DragS is great but the DragX is next level. I run it on a 21700 battery and it’s lasting me all day & then some. The Gene.Fan 3.0 chip ramps up really nicely, it’s quick… even on auto draw. I run 0.20ohm coils at 50watt and the clouds are huge, cool & full of flavour. Easily as good as my Drag3 run on the same settings, only ergonomically more convenient when I’m out and about. I love the way you can interchange the pods, especially if your still using PnP pods & coils with legacy whilst getting into the TPP coils & pods… pods & coils must match but can be fitted to all Voopoo mods via their universal fitment to the mod. The DragX feels great in your hand, has a little more presence than the DragS & is a little more subtle than the Drag3. Voopoo don’t do bad, only better & different…. and always pertinent to requirements. I love my DragX, it’s a great vape for those days when you need it to last & without it being to cumbersome in your pocket when traveling light

What can I say, ive been on and off vaping for at least 6 years now and this is the only product that has stuck and I’m now 2 months smoke free
Small snug fit in the hand, very responsive, auto draw is also a nice touch
The new TPP coils are great, perfect flavour, last a long while (currently on 2248 puffs on a DM-1)
Only con is to make sure you bring a spare battery with you as the single battery life doesn’t always last all day!
