The Vaporesso Gen 80 S mod is both compact and powerful enough to be able to support both MTL (Mouth To Lung) and DTL (Direct To Lung) vaping. Plus, it’s compact enough to be able to fit into your pocket with ease. All you need to power the whole 5 - 80W output range is a single 18650 battery (sold separately). It also features a standard 510 connection, which means it’s compatible with most vape tanks out there.

With its output range of 5 - 80W, the Gen 80 S mod is able to accommodate a full range of tanks and vape styles. This includes an MTL style with a discreet exhale and a feel that’s similar to a cigarette, as well as the larger amount of vapour made from a DTL vape. However, you’ll also find Pulse mode, which gives the power a boost, so you experience a stronger vape.
The fast USB-C cable means that your mod will charge much quicker, so you spend less time waiting around and more time vaping. Beyond that, the Gen 80 S has a full-colour, 0.96” screen, which makes navigating the menu system clear and simple. As well as that, the rubber coating of the case has an ergonomic shape and makes your mod easier to grip.

I have owned and used two of these mods for several months, and I have found they are wont to develop two faults:
1. The two magnets that hold the battery cover invariably break away from the body of the mod after some time. This is easily rectified with a drop of superglue.
2. The negative end of the battery housing tends to crack after some time due to the excessive pressure exerted by the spring-loaded positive terminal on the battery. The manufacturer needs to strengthen the mods body to prevent this issue.

I needed a replacement quick and on a budget for my Smok R Kiss 2 that packed in so I tried this. The first one I received had a minor fault on the screen but still functioned. Vapeclub insisted I have it replaced and they are always great with their customer service so no issues. Sent a new device which was perfectly functional, asked me to send it back track 24 and then refunded my postage which is more than I could have asked for. The device is great and does everything I need for daily vaping.

not much to say about this product, simple but solid mod for all your dtl/mtl sub-ohm needs,
been using this a while now with zero faults. single cell use and it lasts all day with change to spare, solid as a rock.
has all the normal flip functions available on a colour screen, nice and simple.
if you vape everyday at work or whatever, day-to-day, this is a seriously solid mod and will work for you all day, good for 80 real watts, thats plenty.
worth taking a real look.

I think I must of got a faulty mod as the ohms keep jumping using MTL RTA. I’ve tried various tanks and still the same. Been building for a number of years now so I know what I’m doing, plus the same tanks I use are fine on my Odin mod. Shame really as I was looking for something lite to use.

This is far better and easier to use than other more expensive mods I have used before. I use it with an Aspire K3 tank and a 1.8 ohm coil. Set the mod to 14w and it works great. I like the fact it's so easy to replace the battery and that it has a decent display. It also uses a USB "C" connector for charging, which seems quicker than the old USB micro b type. It comes with a basic charger cable but I keep a bank of 18650 batteries on charge so I don't use the charging port on the mod. I am trying to find a constructive criticism of it but I can't think of one! For your average vape user that doesn't want a massive cloud of fog and just wants a discreet light easy to use mod, this one is perfect

I've been trying to switch most of my tanks away from internal battery mods, and I grabbed this for a Nautilus 3²² using the .7 (18-23w) coils. For that, the mod is perfect. Nice textured grip, easy to navigate menus, C frame battery door, my only complaint is as is with most Vaporesso mods - you can only adjust in full watt intervals, and I prefer at least half. That said I bought this knowing it was the case so I'm not going to mark down for what would've been obvious anyway.
Great little device for anything under 30w.

Wanted to try a mod with a little more power so I could run different coils so thought I'd try the gen 80,great little budget mod very light even with a battery and tank on. External 18650 batter lasts well but I haven't tried it above 60w. As always great value and service from vape club

This mod is amazing for the price. I have 4 mods which cost me 4x the money and I love this mod, yes it’s plastic that probably reflects the price but it’s very light weight. A great looking mod too, great screen and easy to operate. I’ve no complaints, everything works as it should.
