Easter Bank Holiday Delivery Update
As always delivery services will be affected over the Easter weekend. Please note there are no deliveries from any courier on Good Friday (3rd April) or Easter Monday (6th April). Royal Mail will be delivering on Easter Sunday, but DPD will not. Please see below for more detailed delivery information for the long weekend.
Royal Mail Tracked 24 - Free On Orders £20+
Please note that postcode restrictions apply.
Orders placed after 9PM Wednesday the 1st and before 9PM Thursday the 2nd will be delivered on Saturday the 4th.
Orders placed after 9PM Thursday the 2nd and before 6PM Saturday the 4th will be delivered on Sunday the 5th.
Orders placed after 6PM Saturday the 4th and before 6PM Monday the 6th will be delivered on Tuesday the 7th.
Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1PM
Please note that postcode restrictions apply.
Orders placed after 4PM Wednesday the 1st and before 11AM Saturday the 4th will be delivered on Tuesday the 7th before 1PM.
DPD Express
Orders placed after 9PM Wednesday the 1st and before 9PM on Thursday the 2nd will be delivered on Saturday the 4th, if you select the DPD Saturday service at checkout.
Orders placed after 9PM on Thursday the 2nd and before 2PM Saturday the 4th will be delivered on Tuesday the 7th.
Orders placed after 2PM Saturday the 4th and before 9PM Tuesday the 7th will be delivered on Wednesday the 8th.
UPS Express
Orders placed after 3PM Wednesday the 1st and before 3PM Tuesday the 7th will be delivered on Wednesday the 8th.
Customer Collection
Customer Collections are operating from our Watford office.
On Friday 3rd April (Good Friday), Saturday 4th April, Sunday 5th April (Easter Sunday) and Monday 6th April (Easter Monday) orders can be collected between 8AM and 4:30PM.
We dispatch and deliver orders seven days a week, with free, tracked next-day delivery on all UK orders £20 and over, via Royal Mail Tracked 24. This includes Saturday and Sunday with Royal Mail’s new 7-days-a-week delivery schedule.
All Royal Mail Tracked 24 orders placed before 9PM are dispatched the same day.
All Royal Mail Tracked 24 orders placed before 6PM on the weekend are dispatched the same day.
We also offer express courier delivery with DPD, UPS and Royal Mail Special Delivery (arrives before 1PM). Monday to Friday cut-off times are 3PM (UPS), 4PM (Royal Mail Special Delivery) and 9PM (DPD). For more information see below.

Delivery FAQs
Do You Ship Outside The UK?
While we offer next-day delivery services across the UK (including Northern Ireland), we no longer ship to anywhere outside of the UK (including British overseas territories). Changes to custom laws and shipping rates mean it’s much more cost-effective for vapers to find an online or brick-and-mortar store in whichever country they’re based in.
Do You Deliver To BFPO Adresses?
If you plan on having your order delivered to a BFPO (British Forces Post Office) address, please select Royal Mail at checkout. Other carriers are unable to deliver Vape Club orders to BFPO addresses.
Can I Get Next-Day Delivery To “Remote” UK Postcodes?
Certain parts of the UK are classified as remote postcodes and our standard Royal Mail Tracked 24 might not reach you the next day. In cases like this, we recommend you take advantage of our Special Delivery options as they have a better chance of reaching you the next day.
When Will I Get My Tracking Number?
You’ll receive your tracking number and a dispatch email as soon as your order enters the courier’s "tracking network". This is the point when an order is scanned out of our warehouse and is in the hands of the courier.
My Order Hasn’t Arrived What Do I Do?
Although it’s incredibly rare, sometimes your order might not arrive. Whether it’s an issue with the courier or us, please get in touch and we’ll resolve this issue as a priority. You can contact our UK-based customer service team seven days a week by phone, email and live chat.
