The lemon flavour is indeed fresh and balanced. A great combination of lemon, lime and a hint of zesty bitterness which gives it a full authentic lemon profile (Not sweet, not lemonady, no ice)
Yet the flavour has a hint of an artificial note to it –
probably because the flavour is so strong (unnatural for lemons) that I’m unable to enjoy it solely (otherwise getting a headache).
Yet it is a great addition to your mix when adding just a few drops.
