Let down (15 March 2024)

This was disappointing. I went by reviews and gave it a try but you can hardly taste anything. The best way I can describe it, is if you'd eaten an after eight and waited 30 minutes.. the after taste is what this is like to vape.

A lovely subtle flavour, not too heavy or sweet like some chocolate flavours. Really tasty hint of vanilla. Smell not too overpowering indoors . Love it 😊

Great Taste (30 December 2021)

A sophisticated, complex flavour which I mix with 'simple' menthols to create a clean vape with interesting rich undertones. It's pricey but well worth it.

Used with the Vaporesso EUC ceramic coil - 0.5ohm @ 26 watts - Mixed to 6mg.
Once steeped, this is a lovely flavour. It's a very smooth menthol and chocolate inhale and vanilla & mint exhale.
The trouble with this version of Five Pawns is that it needs a proper steep (which wasn't the case with the old variants of Five Pawns, back in the days where you could buy 30ml bottles with nicotine already added). When I first added the nicotine and went for a vape, it wasn't enjoyable in the slightest. Overpowering menthol on the inhale and a non-descript exhale.
After leaving it in a dark cupboard for a month, I came back to it and noticed the liquid had become much darker. It is now extremely smooth, the menthol has calmed down a lot and the chocolate and vanilla notes have come out.
Overall, once steeped, this is an amazing ADV for the summer. Fairly complex so you don't tend to get bored of it quickly, not overly sweet, and very very tasty.
