Was sooo excited to try this as I love caramel sweet flavours and also enjoy milkshakes. The smell it's gorgeous and a little taste on my finger beautiful and was very excited to vape.. However vaping it in the first half an hour I felt physically sick and quite unwell which has only ever happened acouple of times from really bad juice. .... I have now been vaping it acouple of days and it has got better.... Still a little disappointed as I really wanted this to taste like a caramel milkshake but it just doesn't hit the spot for me personally.... I get a creaminess but I wouldn't say a milkshake flavour and I get a "caramel" but not what I would think of as caramel. All in all its grown on me and I don't hate it but that's not exactly a glowing experience and is centainly not enough of a hit for me to be rushing to buy more. Shame.

Very surprised at the amount of top star reviews for this. I wouldn't call it awful, just very weak and not as flavourful as suggested. This could just be a personal thing of course, but for me there was zero creaminess with only a semi-decent caramel exhale. Top service as always, but not a re-order for me.

It's ok, I taste more butter than caramel, worth a try but wouldn't buy again.
