Ruthless shortfills contain 100ml of 0mg e-liquid in a 120ml bottle so there’s enough space to add two nicotine shots. Combining two 18mg nic shots with one 100ml shortfill will create 120ml of 3mg e-liquid.
Featuring a 70% VG blend, this vape juice works best when paired with DTL (Direct To Lung) kits and sub ohm devices. The high VG blend means that it will produce large amounts of vapour.

I’ve always seen ruthless be behind the likes of Anarchist vape juices. This is no where near as good as the Anarchist mango. It’s a nice flavour but the mango comes across as synthetic
