The charging port has broken on two separate machines: once the inside became bent and so the e-cigarette wouldn't charge; and with the second e-cigarette (which the staff at vape club has kindly sent to me for free) the fitted part that holds the charger in place in the port became detached. It is very frustrating trying to quit smoking when the device does not work as it should.
