The Smok TFV12 Prince Tank is the 'son' of Smok's well-regarded TFV12 Cloud Beast King, this tank featuring a newly designed set of TFV12 Prince vape coils with a variety of coil types, as well as dual adjustable airflow and a unique top fill lock button system. The TFV12 Prince is intended for sub ohm vaping.
Boastings an intricately designed Crown body, constructed of high-quality Stainless Steel as well as heat-resistant Pyrex glass, the colourful Cobra drip tips included with the tank are constructed of resin and feature a unique snake-skin design.
An innovative rotary top fill design utilises a hinge lock button mechanism, allowing an easy refill whilst securing your tank to greatly reduce the chance of leakage.
A bottom dual adjustable airflow comes in the shape of two large airslots intended to create large scale cloud creation, whilst also giving the user an option of a tighter, more restricted inhale when closed.
Included with the tank is a pre-installed Q4 0.4 Ohm Quadruple coil, an X6 0.15 Ohm Sextuple coil and a super-charged T10 0.12 Ohm Decuple coil to suit most sub ohm preferences. Due to the coil resistances, we recommend using high VG eliquids of 70% and above for best results.
Important Note About Sub Ohm Vaping:
This device is designed for sub-ohm vaping. It requires more vaping experience to use safely, and extra care should be taken when using a sub ohm tank. Sub Ohm coils will only work on a mod capable of firing sub ohm atomisers, and Ni200 coils will only work on devices capable of Temperature Control. Please ensure that your batteries can handle the extra power requirements and that your mod can handle the amps.
We also advise not to use any e-liquid with more than 6mg of nicotine, as your vapour may taste harsh. Sub ohm vaping produces a bigger throat hit than standard coils, and extra care should be taken.

Great tank, terrible coils. Flavour and cloud are deep and powerful when working. However, the coils that go with this tank are so unreliable. I have tried every coil that can go with this tank and they are all useless. 1 to 2 days on average and 5 days max. It’s so disappointing as when it works it is a great tank. But that is totally outweighed by the rubbish coils

Beautiful looking tank. Nice drip tip and vapes well. Can be quite hard to change coil as I was finding that the coils would overtighten to the base. Had to get my wrench out from under sink! It can start to leak slightly from around the air holes but nothing major. My major concern for this tank is it's coil consistency. It's basically a throw of a dice with every coil. But when you get a good coil it performs extremely well. No tank I have tried has beaten this tanks flavour and cloud production...

Had this for a week now and the flavour and cloud production is great. However I probably wasted about 10ml of juice figuring out how to stop it leaking. Found a video on YT that said I should build the tank from the bottom up. Basically if you strip the tank down when replacing the coil you should screw the coil to the base of tank tightly and then add the glass and the finally the top section. it has not leaked since. I've run 60ml of juice through it and the preinstalled strip coil is still good.

Had this tank as part of my x priv baby and I love it. Had a squonk before and now much prefer tanks!
Leakage was bad on the coils that come with the tank and yes they’re bigger, only to make the tank 2ml to comply with EU regs I believe.

The tank itself is very well built, and with the 6ml glass, very accommodating (just slight leakage from the airflow). HOWEVER, the TFV12 coils are absolutely dreadful. I came from the eLeaf iKonn having previously owned two Smok Aliens (both died as a result of motherboard failure) and with the eLeaf my coils were lasting me 2-3 weeks easily! With these TFV12 (I'm currently using the Prince X6), my coils last 2-3 days! This includes a whole day of priming and vaping at lower wattage, and although the 'best' band of power is 80-100w, I'm lucky if I get 80w for a day without dry hits. Occasionally, rotating the top of tank as if to remove it from the coil saturates the coil much better than just letting it sit in the tank itself, and that will remove my dry hits for all of about 5 minutes. Smok create some fantastic products, and probably some of the best looking mods on the market - however the actual quality of products leave a lot to be desired and unless their reputation improves, I will not buy smok again.

I know I have reviewed this product before but I have bought a second since. I own both the red and rainbow, the rainbow colour was the second I bought.
Even though they have both had there moments with leaking which is nowhere near as at what I've read when googling, I do really like the tanks.
They give good flavour (not as good as the Falcon Resin tank I have, I have the M2 coils in it) and depending on the liquid you use, the clouds are pretty good.
Air flow lover will like this tank with the Q4 coils and its all I use in them. I have tried some of the other coils but don't like the restrictive flow they give.
All in all, this is a good tank and I would recommend it to others.

So far this tank is going good, no leaking in mine (I'm aware others are having issues though) and air flow is good with no whistle. Great design with a locking fill port so it doesn't open in your pocket and looks fantastic.
The coils that come with it are good/average say 6 out of 10 IMO, but I'm still waiting to find out the life of them as the are smok coils so we will see. The mesh coils that you can buy separately are no good but you can read my review of them hear: https://www.vapeclub.co.uk/replacement-coils/smok-tfv12-prince-mesh-0-15-replacement-vape-coils.html
The only problem with this tank is filling. The coil is close and tight up to the glass so the flow is restricted and does take a while to fill but after some digging I found that this tank was designed to be a 4ml not a 2ml so we can thank the EU tobacco guidelines for that.
Overall this is a very good tank. Not my best or favorite, in fact my go to tank will still remain the Horizontech Falcon tank with the m1 coils (which I noticed you can also buy on vape club) but still a good backup tank to have 8 out of 10
The flavour isn’t bad at all, and the tank does look very nice, however the coils are so big that they leave such a tiny space in which to deposit the e liquid, which causes problems when refilling.
I would say as a sub ohm tank this is pretty good but it drinks e liquid very quickly depending on the wattage you have your mod set to.
I think I would recommend the big baby beast over this as there’s more space in the tank and the flavour is almost identical!

I recently bought the devilkin device, and this is the tank which comes with the kit, so naturally was really happy with this, and happy to buy again, problem when I bought this tank, the one I received leaked through the airflow, so after a little bit of filing around with the glass and the atomizer or whatever they call them, it seemed to have stopped the leek, or heres hoping :D
I was so looking forward to my first big, cloud tank and although day one was brill and the flavour and clouds was amazing by day two the coil was throwing dry hits every now and then. I used both coils that come with the tank plus I thries the 0.4 and everyone lasted a maximum of 3 days. It was play Russian roulette as to whether you would geta dry hit or not. Loved the tank but hated the coils. Now rocking the Uwell Valyrian and loving it
