Castle Long shortfill e-liquid by Five Pawns is a cocktail blend featuring dark, rich notes. A smoky bourbon provides the base of the e-liquid, containing notes of roasted almonds and creamy coconut before being finished off by a smooth vanilla bean with an added brown sugar.
Castle Long shortfill e-liquid is available as a 50ml shortfill with space for a 10ml nicotine shot of your choice. For example, adding a 10ml 18mg nic shot to this 50ml shortfill will create 60ml of 3mg e-liquid.
These e-liquids have a 50% VG blend, ideal for concentrated flavour with minimal cloud production when used with a pod device or starter kit.
Five Pawns are a US manufacturer famed for bespoke, complex flavours made with skilled craftsmanship.

One of my favourite juices because it can take a high nicotine boost (4 or 5 shots) without a great loss in flavour and I use it in drippers, squonks and tanks with no problem. Flavour and taste is always personal but for me this always delivers.
Exquisite grown-up liquid. The flavor is just exdtraordinary. Tasty, refined, deep, rich.
More brands should do what they are doing.
Only mention is, and same goes for most other five pawns liquids, their base is quite robust and are not ideal for a constant vape. But then again, you should not be constantly dragging on something, right? :)

Where do I start?
I tried this little gem quite early on after quitting the evil weed and was very impressed by its many beautiful and cleverly blended layers but thought there may be better juices just around the corner, as you do.
One or two were briefly comparable (mainly the whole Rope Cut range which I still adore) but none have come near to scratching the itch I have with my cravings for this juice.
Seriously if I had to chose one desert island juice this would definitely be mine.
Castle Long is listed as being a blend of Kentucky Bourbon, Coconut, Almond, Brown Sugar, and Vanilla Bean. I get ALL of those flavours other than the bourbon and believe me with most descriptions given by the manufacturers of e juices that is not usually the norm. What I find so alluring is that I don't taste each of these flavours singularly but all of them as a whole and they all meld together so magnificently I have never experienced this with any other juice. Whoever blended this juice is a genius!
It isn't a cheap juice but if you buy the 50ml bottle at £19.99 it works out at just under £4 for 10ml, plus a quid or two more if you want to add a nic shot which in my opinion is a reasonable price for a top quality juice.
I advise buying a 10ml bottle first to see if it is your 'thing', because from what I have read review wise, this seems to be a bit of a 'Marmite' juice. Many seem to hate it but just as many love it.
Also for only a 50 vg mix I think it also seems to give a decent amount of cloud.
One other point... Up until now I used to buy the 10ml version (3mg) but that was working out to be very expensive so I decided to buy the big bottle and after vaping the 50ml version this evening found it lacking taste wise somewhat. I had added my own nic shot (Nic Nic Salt by Nic Nic
10ml Bottle - 20mg) and wondered if that was the problem but decided to try a new coil and it seemed it was the coil that was maybe a bit old and had a bit too much hammer.
It is a such a gentle and sumptuous juice that I think if you want to pay that bit extra it's worth using a fresh coil.
Vaped on my Innokin Proton Plex Kit with 0.15 ohm coil between 60-85 watts.
NB: I have been browsing Five Pawns Website and have noticed they have added some new and interesting additions to their range. I hope Vape Club will be able to offer some or all of these soon ;-)
Keep up the good work!

So I’ve often been tempted by various Five Pawn juices that is until I saw the price. The flavour descriptions sound amazing almost without exception and so when I saw a short fill version at a high in its market £20 I thought this was my time to strike.
Utter disappointment. There’s a definitely whiskey flavour and a not very good but present cocoanut but not much else. It’s not horrible but I’ve had plenty better even in the £9.99 ranges. For me, a 80-100w caper this just isn’t worth it @ £10 let alone @ £20.
