Nice strawberry yogurt (24 October 2016)
Equipment used: Velocity v2 RDA - 0.35 dual clapton coils @ 35-70 watts. Geekvape Tsunami RDA - 0.4 dual claptons @ 30-70 watts.
I liked this liquid, but I can see if being quite polarizing depending on what equipment you're using.
I started off using the Tsunami RDA at 30 watts. The first hit I took was extremely tart, to the point of being too sour. I didn't get much of the strawberry, it was mainly Greek yogurt. I then turned up the wattage to 50 and this completely transformed the liquid. I still got a little bit of tartness, but it was now perfectly blended with the strawberry. The yogurt transformed into a mix of sweet and sour, and left me with a throat coating yogurt vape.
It's one of very few yogurt vapes that ALMOST tastes, and acts, like you're eating a yogurt. The only other yogurt liquid I've tried that leaves me with a similar feeling is "Streek" by Lost Fog, although that flavor is far more muted than this.
The vape was similar in the Velocity v2, to the Tsunami, although I went in straight at 50 watts, so I can't say whether or not the sourness would have been the same.
Now the negatives.
This is a pricey liquid. I wanted to give it a test run in my Aspire Atlantis Evo, but by the time I had finished testing them out on my RDA's, most of the liquid was gone. £16 for 30ml is so expensive. I know that it has almost become a standard price for "premium" US liquid to cost around this price, but there's a lot of liquid out there for a much more fair price. This liquid would be a perfect ADV, but unfortunately it's too expensive. I'd be lucky to have 30ml last 2 days and over £50 a week on e liquid is just too much, especially when Streek by Lost Fog is £13 for 30ml.
Second, subjective, negative would be the greek yogurt. At higher wattages, it transforms into sweet, creamy, loveliness, but I would be slightly wary depending on what setup you're using.
Overall, I really like this liquid. It's sweet, creamy and smooth with a fantastic authentic strawberry flavor. If they had these in 60ml or 120ml varieties at a slightly more fair price, I would happily vape this all day long, but unfortunately they don't.
