I bought this vape on a reccomendation. I was a VERY heavy smoker, and had tried the big chunky coil vapes before, and to be honest, I hated them, it was so much faff. I then tried a different reusable that really put me off because it was rubbish in taste, so made me hesitate about spending more and potentially not liking it. Thank god I actually did! Elf bar mate 500 is perfect! Size, perfect, not chunky and clunky, no glass that could smash. Ease of use, most importantly for me. To replace pods, it's literally so simple, no coils, or heavy cleaning or taking it apart or anything like that at all. To charge again the most simple thing, just plug it in! I've not had mine run out of charge, I just top it up for 10 mins or so during the day, and as far as I can tell it charges quickly and holds the charge very well, and I literally smoke it almost constantly throughout the day. Flavours, each person has their own taste, but I was not disappointed. Full strong flavours, not weak and chemically. Nice and smooth, no choking or anything like that at all. Overall I am highly impressed with the ease and quality with this vape kit, you can't go wrong!

I have been using the Elf Bar disposable vapes for a few months and I have had any cigarettes which is good for me because I normally end up back on them after a while. So I seen this and thought I would give it a go and did not like! I found it didn’t give me the same satisfaction or the same hit. Not sure why. It tasted fine but just wasn’t the same so back to the disposable.

I was hoping the pods for these would be nearly identical to the disposables which have me hooked (even though I have non closed pod system vapes) but sadly the taste is very different and not in a good way so I never bought more pods.
5 Stars because it works fine just dissapointing - won't be using it again.

So easy to use, much better than any pod device I’ve used in the passed. Was recommended this by a friend who uses one and was a little hesitant as I’ve had poor experiences with elf bar in the past. Not too bad, very discreet and lightweight and a small-ish cloud. On the other hand the pods don’t last very long and neither does the battery.
If you were going to get something like this i would go for the Elf Bar FB1000.

I've used big bulky mods for years then moved on to disposables for better flavour and ease of use. When I found this I jumped on it. Battery life is great, at least a day til the next charge. Pod flavours are fantastic and taste like the disposables. I only use Elf Bar so this was a no brainer. Best purchase I've made.

Great vape and inexpensive. I’ve already bought for two other people after they’ve tried vaping before and didn’t like it but after trying this one have completed converted from smoking tobacco to just using this. Doesn’t leave you coughing and the pre filled pods are great. Charging is so quick and you can use it while it’s charging.

Really like this product. I've had previous bigger vape mods and also refillable pod kits, but this suits me perfectly. Battery lasts me a day, a pod 1.5 days after being a 15-20 a day smoker.
I bought the new Elfa soon after, but the Mate pods last almost 2x longer for me at least. Plus the Mate has the benefit of viewing the e-liquid remaining. Just wish it had a low battery warning...

I have been using alot of disposable pens over the past few months and thought as this is made by elf bar which I found to ve my prefered disposables it would match the quality of there disposables. Well as for flavour/taste it certainly does match there full disposable devices as for performance I actually prefer this as when it does seem to lack a little power you charge it and its as good as a brand new disposable. I would however say that with a fully disposable I have got more puffs from one of these than one pod. I've used in total 6 pods in 7 days where I would usually be using 3 fully disposable in the same time.

I've had no trouble with one I bought earlier in the year however my partner has burnt 2 pods after leaving them for 10mins to prime and still burnt the pod. When stopped inhaling there's been vapour coking from the side of the device and has been a huge let down.
Battery life isn't the best either, when getting low you feel it in the draws and there's no caution before it runs out.
If want something cheaper than the pens then sure this is a good option but very frustrating when burning pods which aren't cheap to replace.

The Elf Bar Mate 500 far superior than disposables, and is more eco-friendly too as you only have to dispose of the pods.
This is a great product if you're like me and looking to switch from cigarettes to vaping.
There is almost no maintenance, just simply charge and replace pods.
There are a wide range of flavours available and they all taste amazing but also give you an amazing throat hit.

Having vaped for years I've gotten rather bored of the big clouds, the change of coils and the leaks that come with it.
It's easy to go through a pod pretty quick but after a week now I've managed to calm it down enough, the taste of these are great and the nic salt hits nicely, battery is decent for the size pod as one full charge is a pod

A big step up from disposables, flavour and vape production wise. Would be nice if pods were available in weaker versions but none of them are too overpowering or harsh. Good selection of flavours which seems to be growing slowly. Device is nice to hold and use, charging quick and looks good.

Really impressed with this little device. This is my (I can’t even give a number..) 99th attempt at quitting smoking. I previously used a bulky old mod that I just can’t get back into using. I started using the Elf disposables, but wanted something a bit more economical and purse friendly.
It’s lightweight, a beautiful colour (I chose aurora purple) and convenient. No changing coils, no faffing when filling the tank. Pop a pod in and go.
The battery will last me a day which, although annoying, means I don’t have to wait around charging batteries. Doesn’t take long to charge at all.

Got this after trying a few elf bar disposables and I wasn't disappointed. Battery lasts longer than disposables and is rechargeable which is great. Lasts me about a day and half before I have to recharge. Overall a good discreet vape with great flavored pods

I have a mod and tank set up, and have also been using disposable vapes due to the convenience and flavours. This, however, is a step up. For a start the flavours are better as you get a better draw from the pod. The profile of the device is slimmer than a normal elfbar, and if you want to take a few flavours with you the pods take up hardly any space at all. Perfect for a night out. I'll ordering a 2nd vape kit just as back up for if the battery runs out early. Definitely recommend.

Cheap and reliable enough - pods aren’t faulty as often as the standard elf bar disposables and works out as a cheaper option than the normal elf bars
They do seem to run out a lot quicker than the 600 puff disposables though

I bought this for my partner to get her off cigarettes and she wanted something easy and convenient, I was expecting much but this is a really good device, great flavours, easy going, disposable pods, good battery and can have quite a strong hit with certain flavours, also a much better cost alternative to the disposable elf bars (although very unfortunately the pods on here have gone up in price)
My only real negative about this is….. just how…… how can a device not have an indication on when the battery is low, you can be vaping then one minute it’s dead, this must be a feature.

Using disposables can be quite expensive in the long run, so this device is a good alternative.

Love to this product as previously are used to use constant disposables. First time I’d bought a reusable one with the pods and once set up was very easy to use. Whether it was how I was using it or not the pods never seem to fit in properly, almost not slotting in, and also seems to make a hissing sound whenever I take a hit. I don’t know whether this is a fault or whether this is how the vape is built, but other than that, a good vape

I really like the Elf Bar disposables but was worried about their sustainability so when I saw that they did a rechargeable pen I jumped on it.
I bought the Aurora Purple pen and it's much more beautiful in real life. It's light and feels nice in my hand and looks classy.
The pod system is easy to use and once you've primed the pod by pushing the red bottom into the pod, it's plug in and go. There are no buttons to worry about which makes it an easy pen to use.
One slight down side is that the charging cable that comes with it is very short but if that's a problem you can always pick up a C-type charging cable cheaply. It isn't an issue for me as I have Android so I have enough long charger cables. It seems to arrive pre charged so you can use it straight out of the box.
I can't fault the service from Vape Club. I ordered my pen at midnight on the Wednesday and it came via first post on the Friday. It was well packaged in a padded envelope but not over stuffed, it fit through my letterbox which is perfect.
All in all I'm a very satisfied customers, can't recommend the product or Vape Club highly enough.

This is a good little kit if you don’t want something to chunky or having to carry a bottle of juice round with you….. depending on how much to puff to how long the battery lasts but I can get a good day and a half sometimes but then sometimes only a day, very light weight and convenient else on a night out as well pods are easy to change and you get some good flavours

I would highly recommend the Elf kit. I have tried previously with ordinary vaping kits and failed. I think because it is quite harsh I still get that satisfaction I get from cigarettes.
I am saving £50 a week at the moment, will be more when I cut down, at the moment I am using 1.5 pods a day, which is equivalent to 30 cigarettes a day! Alot, I know. Plus I buy a new kits every week, not that I have to but because I like having spares, so would probably save more in theory.
I already have noticed I am not puffing as much as I used to, cravings are not as bad, not eating loads neither.
Overall I am very happy, I feel very positive and not wanting a cigarette at all, which is definitely a positive.
These definitely work if you want to stop smoking.

Left smoking a month ago and been trying different vape kits. I have tried nord 4, novo 2, vuse, nzo. All of them very harsh for my throat. Been on disposable MBar pro I liked it and is perfect for flavour. And then I found this. The device is very good, one charge takes up to a whole day. Well made and very sleek. Some flavours are far too sweet to my taste. I will review them individually.

I purchased one of these as I often end up using the disposables if I'm going out; they're more convenient to carry than my large mod!
The one I received seemed to do exactly what it said; it's a very simple device, holds about a day's charge, and allows you to get the great flavours you'd expect from elf bar in pod form.
But the build quality on the devices seems to wildly vary. After seeing me get one, my partner bought one (also ordered from this site) and it broke after a day; no longer charged. A friend of mine also purchased one, and the pods sit loosely in his device, and he has to push down on the pod before inhaling to get it to fire (this isn't a pod issue as it is the same with every pod he has tried so far).
Overall, its a decent little vape. Handy if you're going somewhere and need a more discreet vape. But the build quality seems to vary. Its hit or miss.
