I use to smoke anywhere between 20-30 rollies a day. Tried every vape I could and nothing worked and made me want to go back to it. I have been using this for around 6 weeks now and it is the best vape I have ever tried. I have now cut down to around 3 - 6 rollies a day and still cutting down as the weeks go on. Couldn't recommend highly enough!

Had a pretty good experience with the elf mate so far. Decent value for money with the pods however i do seem to be getting through the pods in a day whereas an elf bar would last me two days.

This is a really good alternative to disposables, but it does seem like i get through pods on this a bit faster than I would a normal elf bar. Not sure if that's me though

I vaped previously a few years back and found the whole situation a ball ache. Changing coils, filling liquid, leaks, glass chambers smashing, you name it I suffered it and gave up.
A friend showed me this and so I thought why not try again, the price was so reasonable.
Haven't had a cigarette in almost a week, 1 pod lasts me around 3 days, 100% no leaks, sleek, smooth and not a ball ache. Charges really quickly and the pods are a good price.
My only concern is that there are no pods with less nicotine just 20mg which is very high. I hope they make some eventually so I can wean down.

I bought this device after giving up vaping to use nicotine pouches - mainly due to frustration with finding the right kit and for something more discreet around campus. I work part-time in a vape shop and couldn’t find the right kit for me whatsoever no matter how many I tried.
This device is absolutely full of flavour, is cost effective and has a great inhale activated trigger that is barely affected by battery level. The discreet nature and ease of changing pods is ideal when out and about - I would probably suggest buying two devices and a vape carry case if you’re after guaranteed all day vaping but for the price you can’t really complain.

Loving this device, has a bit of a looser MTL Draw which I prefer, 2 Pods at around £6 is much better than just one Disposable and you throw away a flavour cartridge rather than an entire device.

10/10 Brilliant for beginners like myself. Saves a lot of money from buying cigarettes. Only downside is maybe the need to charge it every other day, lasts me one and a half day of continuous use from a single full charge. Elf Bar 500 is an amazing alternative to having a big chunky vaporiser I love the disposable bales but going though the fast, with this it’s a simple case of swapping out the flavour pod whenever you want, the bar itself is a nice sleek design which feels good to hold and can easily go into your pocket and have on the go with you. 10/10 would recommend

Anyone that uses disposables should switch over to this. Tastes better than disposables, more intense flavour, same smooth hit.
I was buying a disposable vape from my local shop every day, for the price I was paying over 4 days I get 12 days worth from these. Charges in about 15 mins, lasts the whole day. When the pod runs out just take it out, put a new one in wait 3-5 seconds and your good to go. Would highly recommend!!!

Definitely one of the best rechargeable vapes I’ve bought. Tried the disposable ones but found I was buying too many of them so was very glad that I found this one. And the pods are definitely cheaper in the long run.

I love this pod system, a great alternative to disposables. However, the only complaint I have is that as I like to swap flavours often, the notches that hold the pod in place are easily worn down, making that pod loose. The pods are disposable so not an issue with the battery as such.
I now have two of these running to avoid changing pod so often.

Having used the Uwell CaliburnG/Caliburn A2 and quickly getting fed up with changing out coils and pods this Elf bar mate500 is a great alternative. Cheaper than the disposable bars and also having a more consistent draw, it’s a great and easy alternative. Would definitely recommend!!

I tried the disposable elf bars a while back and loved the flavours.
Having found that they have a pen, I quickly bought it alongside some of pods.
The pen has the quality you'd expect; It's not heavy in your hand and I imagine it would break should you be reckless with it. That said, I've dropped it a few times and it's still absolutely fine.
The flavours are some of the best I've had. My personal favourites are "pink lemonade" and "kiwi, passionfruit and guava".
Overall grabbing one of these is infinitely better than constantly purchasing the disposable elf bars; it's cheaper overall (2 pods for £5 compared to 1 disposable for £6) and it's (slightly) better for the environment.

I’ve been using the Elf Bar Mate 500 for about a month now. I bought the Elf Bar Mate 500 because it is cheaper to buy a box of two pre-filled 2ml pods for £4.99 (or 3 boxes for £12 on Vape Club), than it is to buy a disposable Elf Bar for £4.99. The colour is nice (Aurora Blue) and looks even better in real life, and it feels very high quality. The pre-filled pods taste slightly weaker than the disposables in my opinion, but are still just as good and are very smooth. The only downside to buying this product is, from my experience I haven’t been able to find the pre-filled pods in shops anywhere and vape shops don’t seem to stock them, but the Elf Bar Mate 500 is still fairly new so that could be the case. However, buying the pre-filled pods from Vape Club is still cheaper than buying disposables, even if you don’t meet the minimum spend for free delivery, so it’s a win win.

I have bought many different devices over the years but found it all a bit of a faff with having to change coils (not always easy when on the go) and remembering to carry spare bottles of juice, not to mention the bottles and various devices leaking in my pocket or bag and I always ended up back to cigarettes as they were easier and less work. Eventually I switched to disposables and always bought the Elf bar disposable vape pens. I bought this Mate bar as soon as it was released being a massive Elf fan and I've not been disappointed. As well as being aesthetically pleasing it is a powerful little device with great flavour and throat hit. They have not got all of the flavours yet but have the most popular ones. Its so easy, just pop another pod on and it's ready to go. Just remember once you've clicked the button to 'activate' the pod, wait at least 3 seconds before trying to vape otherwise you will burn the coil and it will be a wasted pod. I usually wait a minute or so just to be on the safe side. Charge wise I get a full day with this and I'm a fairly heavy vaper. Only slight niggle is that with a disposable vape pen I would get a day and a half to 2 days out of one pen, but these pods I can sometimes get through 2 a day but on average seems to be one and a half a day. Both disposable pens and these pods have 2ml e-liquid inside so I didn't understand why this could be at first, in hindsight it could be due to being more powerful than the disposables. Either way, they are still great value and excellent flavours especially if like me, you are a lazy vaper and can't be bothered with the faff and the mess sometimes caused by the bigger and more classic devices. Each to their own, but for me this has hit the right spot and I've been fully cigarette free for 5 months for the first time since starting vaping.

Fantastic service as always from Vape Club. This ‘Elf Bar Mate’ is brilliant! I’ve alway preferred Elf Bar juices as they’ve knocked it on the head with their flavours, and I used to buy their disposables, then I saw this thought I’d give it a go….brilliant! The flavours are the same if not better coming from a proper ‘coil’. 2 air holes either side so I can restrict for a true MTL or leave them uncovered for a semi DL.

Purchased this after having soooo much trouble with regular vapes. If it wasn't leaking, it was coils burning out within a couple of days, plus liquids just don't taste as nice in regular vapes as the disposables. This is a fantastic little device. No faffing with coils, no leaking, no burning taste, cheaper than disposables but with the same level of flavour. Can't fault it at all.

So when it works I love this and it’s identical to the disposables in taste for me. If it worked consistently would be a 10/10.
However, I have issues with it sometimes leaking. Other times it doesn’t fire. Also I go through the refills at an astonishing rate (maybe due to the leaks!?)
Maybe I’m just too heavy a vaper for this device and I’ve somehow broken it? They’re so cheap that I’ll probably order another one incase this one is just faulty. My friend got one the same week and hasn’t had any of the issues I’ve been experiencing.

I’m hella lazy when it comes to vaping which is why this is perfect! No coils etc to replace and clean! Just pop a new pod on the top and away you go!

What a perfect little discreet device.
Fits in the pocket no problem don't even notice it there, the battery lasts ages considering its only 500mah and charges super fast I timed 22mins.
The build quality is strong
As for the pods they do loads of the best flavours from the disposable versions, they vape really good plenty of cloud and decent throat hit.
Decent airflow aswell not too tight or loose just right!
Perfect alternative for the disposable lovers but without all the waste.

Might just be me (for 2 seperate devices) but i had multiple issues... firing by it self, not pulling on occasions. burning pods and on one device the whole inside battery and charge port came out the bottom.
A shame as not bad flavour when it did work (nothing compared to the Elf disposable sticks - but good for a pod device)

Having the light weight pod with the pre-filled pods is so much easier and cost efficient against the disposables. 2 pre-filled pods per pack cheaper than a single disposable, you don’t have to buy replacement coils or glass like you would a normal vape, it’s so much easier.

Tried the standard elf bar and love most of the flavours, however I noticed you don't use all the juice before the battery dies. These have the same convenience and great taste also you use all of the 2ml of juice. They work out cheaper in the long run as 2 pods cost about the same as one disposable vape pen. If you enjoy the others definitely try these
