If coming away from cigarettes, I’d recommend any of the Elux bars on the way to buying a refillable pod device. The strawberry ice cream is my favourite but most are good and very flavourful.
Each one will last a whole day for most people and then after disposed of responsibly, try another flavour. Very convenient, discrete and slip easily into your pocket.

Taste like mouldy milk just like majority of strawberry ice cream flavours. I give up trying strawberry ice cream flavours now.
