The Aspire Gusto Mini kit is the combined brainchild of one of the best eLiquid manufacturers on the planet with one of the best vaping hardware manufacturers on the planet.
Aspire have teamed up with Element eLiquids and their NS20 range to bring us all the Aspire Gusto Mini Kit, a compact closed system which employs the use of pre-filled pods. No filling or refilling, no fiddling with coils, no real need to know anything at all other than 5 clicks to turn it on and 5 clicks to turn it off.
The kit itself is, as the name suggests, mini in size and fits easily in the palm of the average hand, doing so in a stealthy fashion. For the same reason, the Gusto Mini is also extremely pocketable and travel-friendly as well as being very lightweight at a little over 60 grams without a pod installed.
Airflow is fixed but due to a clever design it is possible to use the Gusto Mini as either a mouth to lung or direct to lung device.
With a 900 mAh battery capacity the Gusto Mini should get you through the day without the need to recharge the device. Charging is done via micro USB with charging cable supplied in the box.
Perfect for those starting their vaping journey and experienced vapers alike, the Aspire Gusto Mini Kit in combination with Element's NS20 pods and flavour selection is an easy to use, easy to carry set up, certain to keep you smoke-free and vaping happy.
About the pods...
The Aspire Gusto Mini is only compatible with Element's NS20 eLiquid pods. Each pod is filled with Element's Nicotine Salt based eliquid and come only in 20mg nicotine strength.
NS20 pods work differently to the average eLiquid in that the nicotine is absorbed more efficiently into the body and therefore 'hits' you both sooner and more like a traditional cigarette. Not only this but NS20 pods are very smooth on the throat. For those that have vaped before the throat hit on NS20's 20mg is similar to an average eLiquids 3mg.
When it comes to flavour Element's NS20 pods do well again. Only the flavour of the eLiquid comes through with NS20 which makes for a much more enjoyable vape. You cannot taste the nicotine the same way you can when vaping on a traditional 18mg for example.
Due to the efficiency in delivering nicotine you will notice that you will need to vape less often and less in general before feeling satisfied.
Due to the efficiency of delivery we also ask Vapers, new and old alike, take their time when first using NS20 pods to be sure not to overdo it. Take it slow to begin with until you are more familiar with it and know how it works.
Please Note: The Gusto kit does not come with any pods, and they will need to be purchased separately.

I actually ended up buying a second one. It's compact, light, discreet, & as much as I've not noticed much difference in the nic salt vs regular nic effect, it does what I need it to. Having vaped pretty on much everything from the original carts with their tiny little batteries back in the day, to my own builds on mechs, series & lipo boxes over the last 12yrs, my last pregnancy had me craving actual cigarettes & I had to change the way I vaped. I tried everything to suit my altering tastes & really struggled to find any pod system that satisfied my needs, until this little gem. I acquired numerous pod systems over the months during & post pregnancy to keep me off the cigs, but this one is now my firm go to. I just wish Vape Club carried all the pod flavour/brand options.
Let's start with the positives....cheap price, nice little size that's easy to carry around and easy to just change over the pods, eliminating mess and need for separate coils and juice but...and here's the negatives..the pods cost a bomb and last a day if that. Also they are not even recyclable so more plastic for the rubbish tip! It is possible to refill them but not repeatedly as the coil burns out like any other. Reviews all say you will use it less because of the salt pods but I've found it no different at all so I'm going back to my old one. It will be cheaper for coils and juice too.
Bought this based on the glowing reviews on here. I don't know what's going on with those but they seem either biased or just plain wrong in my opinion!
The flavour and hit of this is good, but I can't say that nic salt pods provide a much different experience to the many MTL vapes I've owned before.
This is the real kicker though, the pods are an absolute scam, don't listen to people saying they last ages, I go through 2 pods a day and that's me really trying to limit how much I vape, so it's currently working out at £50+ per week... and they say vaping is the cheaper alternative...
Some people say you can refill the pods but I don't believe it, I've bought 4 sets of needle nose tweezers to try and refill these pods and every time, without fail, the little plastic bung gets pushed into the pod, rendering it unusable.
Honestly save your money and DON'T believe some of the reviews on here.... seriously questioning the legitmacy of some...

I've tried vaping before with the VG based pen type devices - Vaporiz, Blu, etc. The damn things wouldn't stand up, and leaked like sieves! Trying to draw through them was more like trying to get the last bit of milkshake through a straw. Gave up, threw them in the bin and went back to smoking 30-40 a day.
I was tempted into a Gusto Mini, and haven't felt the need to light a regular cigarette up for a while now. When I did, I felt like my mouth was full of embers.
I'm using 555 tobacco as I actually like the taste of tobacco and smoking a strawberry isn't my thing. I get a perfectly matched throat hit, and nicotine delivery is near-instant.
Whilst pricey for pods, it's still a vast amount cheaper than regular smoking. Sure, the pen type VG based vaping is cheaper, but it's not even close to ideal. It's why I use Gillette razors vs BIC - fit for purpose isn't cheap, and cheap generally isn't fit for purpose.

As many other reviewers have stated it is great. The difference I find between this kit and the Hexa and Mylo is the gusto gives a big throat hit . Oh and really let the coil soak for 10 minutes before you even think about taking a vape. ...only draw back i have found.

I searched the Vapeclub kits for a while trying to determine which little kit I should get, to use when in the office at work. After iffing and rrring and watching as many YouTube reviews as possible I settled on the Aspire Gusto Mini kit.
I've been vaping for 6 years now, but I haven't heard much of Nic Salts before and seeing the price for just 6mls and considering how fast I get through eliquids on my sub-ohm setups, I was a little concerned I would blow through these way to fast. I'm extremely happy this is not the case, the Ns20 pods which fit in the Gusto Mini contains 2ml of Nic Salt liquid at your choose of 5mg, 12mg or 20mg, I opted for 20mg, once the pod is inserted into the device you should give it 5 to 10 minutes before your first vape to allow the liquid to soak into the coil to avoid dry burn. Once soaked I took a couple of tokes and got a pretty instant nicotine hit, luckily I was sitting down at the time, however it was akin to the real thing and I found I didn't need to vape again for over an hour later. This is good for me as I'm abit of a chain vaper, I am now on day 2 and I am still quite a way off finishing the first 2ml pod which as an added bonus can be refilled with a lot more then 2ml as soon as the original liquid is depleted.
The device itself feels great in the hand, the pictures on the site don't do it justice, it's looks and feels very nice, not cheap in anyway, so at £19.99 I feel this is absolute steal. I think they my be aiming it at the beginners but I feel this is a great addition to any advance vapers collection, if to want a stealthy vape which delivers a nice tasting nic salt eliquid (although you can use normal freebase nic liquid) you can't go wrong with the Aspire Gusto Mini

I had been trying to find the best vaping system for me for over a year and had tried different ones until I discovered the Aspire Gusto Mini.
I can honestly say it is my favourite and here's why:
1- it is small and fits in my hand, jeans pockets and takes absolutely no room in my handbag
2- the pod system means no mess with filling up with juice and no need for replacement coils
3- zero leakage even when it is on its side
4- perfect taste every time
5- no fussing with wattage as the delivery is always spot on and is very similar to a regular cigarette
6- no throat hit like some juices do
7- awesome flavours!
8- small price for the machine
9- the pods are small and it's easy to carry them around for replacement when the previous one runs out. It takes 5 seconds to replace the pod and is easy and secure.
10- no spitting in the mouth on the first few draws like my previous juice tanks used to!
I used to smoke menthol cigarettes so when I switched to this I went with the menthol flavour. This helped me kicked the habit without any difficulty despite having been a 20-a-day smoker for years.
After a couple of months I decided to experiment new flavours and tried the strawberry whip. I have been using this flavour now for months and have no desire to try any other. It has a smooth flavour and makes me feel like I'm having a dessert with every draw.
I have recommended this product to some of my friends and would highly recommend it to any of you who are still looking for their smoking replacement system.
If I had to give it a negative, it would be on the price of the pods. I tend to use one pod a day which makes it much more expensive than your average bottle of juice, but for me it's worth spending the money as I have the assurance that I will get the same experience at every draw.
I couldn't recommend this little gem enough.
Bought one of these 2 weeks ago.
I was using the Limitless Pulse but got fed up with it leaking all the time and the battery dying way too fast (I had it for quite a while so I was expecting battery fade.)
This thing is in a completely different league.
I mean.. yes, the pods are on the expensive side. But if you want to give up the ciggies then the aspire can not be beaten.
The vape is smooth, tasty and just the right kick in the throat. The draw is a bit loose for me, but if you cover the opening on the side it tightens it up just right. ("CLOSE THE POD BAY DOORS HAL")
I have just placed an order for another one to help my brother ditch the death sticks.
